  I'm seemingly unable to configure my flash player settings in OSX under random circumstances. I right click and select settings from the context menu, the dialogue comes up and it's not clickable. Does anyone have a solution to this? Might it be the way I'm embedding my flash movie?

  Hello everyone, I'm attempting to install OpenBSD on a fancy new home server equipment I just bought and here is my problem. I followed this guide to create a bootable USB flash drive from an OpenBSD VM I have on my laptop but when I try to boot my laptop on it all I get is a "No OS" message (I tried two different USB keys). Does anyone know that problem (and its solution) ?

• Linux flash player settings dialog unclickable

  I'm using Slackware 13. When a flash app pops up the allow/deny dialog, I'm stuck because the buttons are unclickable. My adobe flash player version is 10,0,42,34. How can I fix this problem? Edit: I'm using fluxbox. I'm using an acer notebook with a synaptics touchpad... both the touchpad and the mouse can't interact with the dialog.

  I've installed a trial of Adobe Flash CS4 (i didn't use this trial till the end) and wrongly entered the expired license number. I ran uninstall and tried to install a trial version again. Seems, that it keeps somewhere the wrong serial number and each time i run the Flash application it alerts me, that the license has expired. How do i properly install the trial? How does, for example, four 320x240 cameras fare against a single 640x480 camera? I'm not well versed in the architecture of the USB interface, what are the performance caveats? • Low USB transfer speed

  Hello, I am using Windows Vista, my Motherboard is Intel D102GGC2 The transfer speed through USB is very slow on my PC, just 2-3 MBps... I also use Ubuntu 9.10, and surprisingly the USB transfer speed is as expected, ie 16-17 MBps. So everytime i have to transfer Huge files i have to reboot into Ubuntu. What might be the Problem ??? I checked the Intel website for the ubdated drivers for my mobo, but they dont support my mobo now. Thanks

• Merging Flash animations

  If I have a Flash project in which there are multiple movie clips animating, each with its own timeline and other embedded movie clips, again, each with its own timeline, how can I merge everything so that I end up with a single timeline and a single layer? If Flash doesn't support this, maybe there's something else out there that can do this? I'm thinking that such a tool would need to calculate the intermediary tween values and somehow create keyframes with those values, then break everything apart and only animate the correct parts from the calculated keyframe values...

  I have a simple PowerPoint presentation and I would like to convert it to Flash or Silverlight. The presentation is a simple "Slide after Slide after Slide" and my first guess was to use OpenOffice Impress. Sadly, the picture quality is awful. • Disable USB powered light from command line?

  I have a nice little USB light which has no off switch, it is 'on' for the duration of being plugged in. My question is, is there a way of disabling the USB port so as to turn off the light while it is still plugged in? Preferably, this could be done from the command line, but if it's possible at all that would be really cool regardless. I use Mac and Linux, but am interested to learn if this is possible in any OS, or if physical hardware prevents usage like this.
