    I am trying httpUnit for the first time and just trying to get a response back from google.com. However, I keep getting the following error: com.meterware.httpunit.dom.HTMLDocumentImpl not found Though, I have placed httpUnit.jar in the libraries folder of my NetBeans project and can actually see that class file is there. Any experiences with this?

    Hi. I am working on a android project and I need to connect the gPhone with the PC using UDP socket. The same operation, sending a message to from gPhone to the PC, returns different results in different time: Sometimes succeeded and sometimes throws a SocketExcepton(The system call was cancelled).     I am using subsonic simplerepo with migrations in dev and it makes things pretty easy but I keep running into issues with my nvarchar columns that have an index. My users table has an index defined on the username column for obvious reasons but each time I start the project subsonic is doing this: ALTER TABLE [Users] ALTER COLUMN Username nvarchar(50); which causes this: The index 'IX_Username' is dependent on column 'Username'.ALTER TABLE ALTER COLUMN Username failed because one or more objects access this column Is there any way around this issue?

    Visual Studio 2010 adds a new feature to improve loading speed of references in "Add .NET Reference" tab. For example, when the target framework of project is 3.5, it displays only 3.5 assemblies in the list, and says "Filtered to: .NET Framework 3.5". This feature is quite annoying, as it makes impossible to find an older assembly, unless you change a target framework in compilation options. Is there any option to disable that filtering?

  • How do I get the scalaz IDEA live templates working for the symbolic methods?

    Many of the methods in scalaz have symbolic equivalents, such as forever and 8 (of course, I have this the wrong way round, the symbolic methods really have ASCII equivalents). The project contains a live templates XML file for IDEA so these can be auto-completed, I believe by using the forever+TAB shortcut (in the above instance). I can't figure out how to import this live template into IDEA and actually use it, though. How can I do that?

I can't understand this line of code which apparently loops through different 'parts' of an email message.     are there any alternatives to Xpath ? need to locate and extract specific element's texts for web scraping project. xpath seem pretty limited against layout changes on web pages. slight shuffle, and xpath no longer works. also different browsers have different Xpaths as i discovered. Firefox automatically adds tbody after table, while IE doesn't and so on.
