    I am new to Git. I have created a master repository in a linux server. The same server is going to be used by 5 groups of 3 users each. I want to create one local repository for each group. And the group members in turn should create one local repository for each of them, play with the contents and committ the modificatons to the group's local repository. How should i go about doing this?

  • How do I generate Entity Framework 4.0 classes from the command line that have different names than

    I want to generate Entity Framework 4.0 classes from a (legacy) database from a command line, but I have 2 transformations I want: Tables/columns are lowerCamelCase and I want my classes/members to be UpperCamelCase. I want to suffix my classes with "Dto". Any idea how this might be accomplished? I'm a total newbie to EF, but I have a decent understanding of Linq to Sql and was able to accomplish the same task by doing: sqlmetal - dbml - xml mapping file and .cs file.

    I'm getting a specified cast error trying to return a integer, example code below: results = pipeline.Invoke(); foreach (PSObject ps in results) { int diff = 0; Int32 exchcount = Convert.ToInt32(ps.Members["itemcount"].Value); diff = itemcount - exchcount; } I'm trying to find out what the data type if for itemcount of the Get-Mailboxstatistics but i can't find the information, i assume it's Int, i've tried string but that does not work either. any ideas please let me know!     I come from a Java background and have been using C# for the last year - So far the API docs I use are at MSDN (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms132397.aspx). I tend to use the lightweight C# docs. What annoys me about that is that I don't see one page with details of the class, a list of members, a list of methods and properties like I would with a Java API definition. Is this possible?

Bow::Bow(arrows) { arrows = 20; } also another question, public specifiers are used to make data members avaible in objects and private specifiers are used to make data memebers only avaialble inside the class?

    Hi, i have a list with objects. The object has a property 'Sales' which is a string. Now i want to create a list of doubles with the values of all objects' 'Sales' properties. I tried this: var tmp = from n in e.Result select new{ Convert.ToDouble ( n.Sales) }; but this gives me this error: Error 106 Invalid anonymous type member declarator. Anonymous type members must be declared with a member assignment, simple name or member access.
