    I am trying to extract level data from a PCM audio file using core audio. I have gotten as far as (I believe) getting the raw data into a byte array (UInt8) but it is 16 bit PCM data and I am having trouble reading the data out. I need to find the size of that matrix, so I can run some tests without having to iterate through all of the elements. As far as the data type goes, I assume it's an array of arrays (or list of lists).

When the app is launched only the Favorites tab appears in the tabbar, I have to click the second tab for the "Keypad" (Title of the viewController) text to appear on the tabbar. How do I make the tabbar have the title of both the view controllers at startup itself?
