    I'm trying to use a dynamically generated fully-qualified table name in sql server 2008. For example, this does not work: select max([id]) from @dbName+N'.[T1]' This will give an error like: Msg 102, Level 15, State 1, Line 73 Incorrect syntax near '+'. I know that something like this works: declare @qualifiedTable varchar(200) = @dbName+N'.[T1]' select max([id]) from @qualifiedTable But I have to do this LOTS of times so I would really like to do it in line. Is it possible?

Essentially what I am trying to do is change the color of each pixel in a 256 x 256 texture that is within a certain radius from a specific pixel (Using the Unity3d Game Engine).     I'm trying to use Registration.SensorTypeValue.MAGNETIC_FIELD in SmartWatch's 2 plugin. But values that I received put me into some dissapointed state, cause of few reason: Values is to big (I tested magnetic fields on 3 phones and result is like "-12. , 38, -14", and the watch give me something like "488, 440, -115") Values are almost static, they live in very small range. What's wrong with me or with the watch? I think this question is for Sony support team.

For example, let's say I had log levels and I wanted to change them at runtime. Also, let's assume this is one of many such options. In cases where I am passing around 'heavy' objects, I need to pass by reference, but I dont want to keep typing: function foo(TypeName& $obj) if I can get away with simply, function foo(TypeName $obj) So what does the standard say?
