  • Eclipse getResourceAsStream returning null

    I cannot get getResourceAsStream to find a file. I have put the file in the top level dir, target dir, etc, etc and have tried it with a "/" in front as well. Everytime it returns null. Any suggestions ? I would like to keep the HTML in a seperate file so that say I make a desktop client I can just use the php files to do the login register etc. Basically to have say a front end, the HTML or desktop client and then only one backend, the php.     Can someone explain the difference between apache mod_wsgi in daemon mode and django fastcgi in threaded mode. They both use threads for concurrency I think. Supposing that I'm using nginx as front end to apache mod_wsgi. UPDATE: I'm comparing django built in fastcgi(./manage.py method=threaded maxchildren=15) and mod_wsgi in 'daemon' mode(WSGIDaemonProcess example threads=15). They both use threads and acquire GIL, am I right?

What are some strategies for implement this feature? FYI, The platform I am using is rather bare-bone in its GUI/front-end execution. I haven't found a baked equivalent of git svn for ClearCase.     I'm writing an identi.ca client, and seems that @reply isn't working. After investigation I found that @ prefix is used by curl to indicate file upload, and escaping with \@reply doesn't work; curl doesn't remove the \ at the front. I also can't format the postfields to query string, as I need to send files on that request too. Is there any method to send both @reply and file upload in the same request?

    Sorry if this is quite noobish to you, but I'm just starting out to learn Python after learning C++ & Java, and I am wondering how in the world I could just declare variables like id = 0 and name = 'John' without any int's or string's in front! I figured out that perhaps it's because there are no ''s in a number, but how would Python figure that out in something like def increase(first, second) instead of something like int increase(int first, int second) in C++?!

  • Can't get the JSONP workin' with WCF Data Services...

    What am I missing here? It seems from all that I read and watched, exposing JSON from a WCF Data Service should be as easy as adding the '[JSONPSupportBehavior]' directive in front of the Service Class. Problem is VS2010 doesn't recognize 'JSONPSupportBehavior'. Is there a reference I am missing? Seemed like, from alll the articles, it was supportted outta the box. TIA S.
