• How can I include an external JavaScript file exactly once per partial view?

  I have a partial view (UserControl) that implements a simple pager in my Asp.Net MVC project. This pager needs access to a .js file that needs to be included exactly once, regardless of how many instances of the pager control are present on the parent page. I've tried to use Page.ClientScript.RegisterClientScriptInclude, but it had no effect (I assume because the code nugget was evaluated too late to impact the head control). Is there any simple alternative?

  I want to create a DBRef manually so that I can add an additional field to it. However, when I try to pass the following: {'$ref': 'projects', '$id': '1029412409721', 'project_name': 'My Project'} Pymongo raises an error: pymongo.errors.InvalidName: key '$id' must not start with '$' It would seem that pymongo reserve the $ for the special key, leading me to wonder if it is even possible to do what I'm trying to do?

  My application has recently started throwing NoClassDefFoundError errors when I am running my application from within NetBeans. It never used to do this. And when I run this outside of NetBeans using the command line argument that it provides once built, these errors are not produced Is this a bug with Netbeans? • How do the versions of Guava work?

  I would like to use Guava in a project, but my PM doesn't like the "r05" suffix, saying that it looks like it's not stable. In fact, the part I need is only the Google-Collections 1.0 which is now deprecated (my PM doesn't like that word either). So I don't really get the versioning of Guava/Google-Collections. I'm currently doing the development with GC1.0, but if possible I'll switch to a more recent and stable version.
