  I am aware of the MySQL Date_Format function but am looking to achieve the following: I have on column with a day date in 2 digit format (01-30). I am trying to update another date formatted field with the current year, the next month (m+1) and the day field mentioned previously. In PHP i would do this using mktime function but this must be done using mysql calls only. Is it possible to transform in this way?

I would want them to be able to input a name and when the button is clicked, a webpage called that name would be created. • Can't retrieve an id through swfupload

  I'm having trouble retrieving an echoed ajax response through SWFupload. Upon uploading a file, my account.php?action=uploadphotographs echos the number 37, the text field hidFileId should then be updated with this data.   Is there a way to update information in a div of a parent page from a pop-up/"lightbox" window. I would like to create a pop up window that contains a form that updates a database (currently i am using php/mysql with prototype). In other words... • Convert SQL Server Varbinary field to MYSQL, keeping data intact

  I was given the daunting task of converting a ASP website to PHP and SQL Server to MySQL, and I ran into an issue that hopefully somebody can help I have a user table which has a password field with datatype Varbinary(128), are using pwdencrypt to encrypt the password. Is there a way to transfer that over to MySQL, and somehow i need to be able to keep the password intact... how can i go about that? any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
