  • get the right id of a record in database in each click on the edit button

    hi every one, i am facing a big problem right now. I have a html table in each row i have a button called edit allowing user to relod the form with parameter that he has selected. for this i define a hidden type to get the id of the record in database to access to various colonne and to refresh the form with those parameters. My challenge now is how to get the right id in every click on the edit button to let me after to get the right record and to update it in the data base. I have the parent's height explicitly set, but I can't get #main-sub-content 's height to 100%.     Hello, I have a posting form at my theme. I used wp_insert_post there. My code looks like this $post = array( 'ID' => '', 'post_author' => $post_author, 'post_category' => $post_category, 'post_content' => $post_content, 'post_title' => $post_title, 'post_status' => 'publish', ); $post_id = wp_insert_post($post); $fullpost = get_post($post_id); wp_redirect($fullpost->guid); Everything works fine. But when it's inserted to the database, at the GUID field, the entry format is like this permalinks_structure/id. So if my permalinks_structure is like /category/id , it become like http://www.example.com/uncategorized/1. So the problem is, if i post through wordpress admin panel, GUID of the post is http://www.example.com?p=1 . So my post database GUID become mess, because if i want to change permalinks_structure , the post which becomes from outside form will follow the structure. What I want to do is, I want to get the GUID like that I posted through admin panel which is http://www.example.com?p=1 How can i do it ? Please point me out. Thank you.

My map function does: emit( doc.CreditAccount, doc.amount ) emit( doc.DebitAccount, -doc.amount ) My reduce function does: return sum(values); I seem to get the expected results, however I can't reconcile this with the possibility that my reduce function gets different key values. Is my reduce function supposed to group key values first? What kind of result would I return in that case?

Can someone explain to me whats going on, I think it might be a syntax issue.

    Hi. In my Struts form I've got a list. In a JSP I iterate over it like this: <c:forEach items="${MyForm.auspraegungen}" var="auspraegung"> <tr> <td>${auspraegung.name}</td> <td>${auspraegung.forced}</td> <td>${auspraegung.cbx_uebernehmen}</td> <html:checkbox property="auspraegung.cbx_uebernehmen" /> </tr> </c:forEach> Now the <html:checkbox isn't working. I'm always getting the following error: Caused by: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: No getter method for property auspraegung.cbx_uebernehmen of bean org.apache.struts.taglib.html.BEAN But actually there is a getter for this property in my form class. It's written like this: public Boolean getCbx_uebernehmen() { return cbx_uebernehmen; } When I remove the checkbox it's also possible to display the property as in the <td>-tag above so I don't know where the problem is. Maybe I'm accessing it in the wrong way?

    Hi guys, i'm trying to do a poll but i designed it without any radio box in it. So i decided to make the selection being highlighted with a different background color, all is done with jquery. I set the display of the radio box to none so that it wouldn't show, gave each a unique ID.   • Does the List in .NET work the same way as arraylist in Java?

    When I learned Java, I was told that the arraylist works this way: It creates an array with room for 10 elements. When the 11th element is added, it is created a new list with room for 20 elements, and the 10 elements are copied into the new array. This will repeat as until there are no more elements to add, or to a maximum size. Is the List in .NET constructed the same way?
