However, that prints them like this (let's say x is 5): x= 5 How can I make them print on the same line?

  • How do you iterate through each email in your inbox using python?

    I'm completely new to programming and I'm trying to build an autorespoder to send a msg to a specific email address. Using an if statement, I can check if there is an email from a certain address in the inbox and I can send an email, but if there are multiple emails from that address, how can I make a for loop to send an email for every email from that specific address. I tried to do use this as a loop: for M.search(None, 'From', address) in M.select(): but I get the error: "can't assign to function call" on that line

  • Any simple way to "resize" an NSBezierPath?

    I have an NSBezierPath that I'm filling and stroking. I'd like to add some inner glow to the path (a light stroke, just inside of the outer stroke), and the thing that comes to mind is to use the same path shrunk by 1 pixel (the size of the line that is already )stroked. Is there a way to do this? Alternatively, is there some sort of pattern I can use when applying both a border (stroke) and a glow to a bezier path? Example, the (extremely subtle) inner glow on the Google Chrome tabs:

    I have index.php which uploads a file to server and sets several PHP variables (like $target_folder_and_file_name). index.php also has the following line (it was originally index.html): <script language="JavaScript" src="main.js.php"></script> After index.php returned to the browser, the browsers asks for main.js.php from the server (right?). Can I access somehow $target_folder_and_file_name from the PHP code in main.js.php ?

    EDITED to show the relevant part of the code Hi. There's a strange problem with an NSMutableArray which I'm just not understanding... Explaining: I have a NSMutableArray, defined as a property (nonatomic, retain), synthesized, and initialized with 29 elements. realSectionNames = [[NSMutableArray alloc] initWithCapacity:29]; After the initialization, I can insert elements as I wish and everything seems to be working fine. While I'm running the application, however, if I insert a new element in the array, I can print the array in the function where I inserted the element, and everything seems ok. However, when I select a row in the table, and I need to read that array, my application crashes. In fact, it cannot even print the array anymore. Is there any "magical and logical trick" everybody should know when using a NSMutableArray that a beginner like myself can be missing? Thanks a lot. I declare my array as realSectionNames = [[NSMutableArray alloc] initWithCapacity:29]; I insert objects in my array with [realSectionNames addObject:[category categoryFirstLetter]]; although I know i can also insert it with [realSectionNames insertObject:[category categoryFirstLetter] atIndex:i]; where the "i" is the first non-occupied position. After the insertion, I reload the data of my tableView. Printing the array before or after reloading the data shows it has the desired information. After that, selecting a row at the table makes the application crash. This realSectionNames is used in several UITableViewDelegate functions, but for the case it doesn't matter. What truly matters is that printing the array in the beginning of the didSelectRowAtIndexPath function crashes everything (and of course, doesn't print anything).     In general terms and pseudo-code, what would be the best way to have a collision response of sliding along a wall if the wall is actually just a part of an entire square that a point is colliding into? The collision test method used is a test to see if the point lies in the square. Should I divide the square into four lines and just calculate the shortest distance to the line and then move the point back that distance?If so, then how can I determine which edge of the square the point is closest to after collision?

    The subject line says it all. I'd also like to do this using pipes. I figured that I could use Get-ChildItem, Measure-Object and Where-Object, but Measure-Object doesn't like dates. Should I have a script block which loops through each item returned from Get-ChildItem and does a comparison to see if it's the most recent? I thought that there should be a handy PS cmdlet for that.

    Hi , My problem is the following : I have a class A that inherits from an abstract base class. I override all the virtual functions from the base class, and I have a constructor like this : A::A(B* b) { this->b=b; } In the constructor of class B , I have the following piece of code: A* a=new A(this) However this line of code gives the error : undefined reference to 'A::A(B*)' I have absolutly no idea why could this be happening , so any suggestion would be greatly appreciated !

    I have yet another pesky warning I would like gone. Basically, I have an int declared like this: @property (nonatomic, assign) int *myInt; and set like this: myInt = 0;. It is also synthesized in the implementation file. I am getting a warning on the line where I set the int's value and it says "Incompatible intiger to pointer conversion assigning to 'int *' from 'int'." What should I do to fix this?
