    I have an existing pdf file which needs to be updated with information which varies with each client. There are around 50 clients. I have to update the pdf with these. How can I acheive the same in C#. The pdf has to be shown in the browser (only IE) Is there a third party dll which could be used, which would parse the pdf. Then write to the pdf.

  • Can't get syntax correct for dynam. create onclick the ie way.

    I was hoping to keep cross-browser compatibility and afaik this is the only issue so far. .setAttribute("onclick", "return showRapidText("+itemnum+");"); This works PERFECT but I'd like to make it IE compatible by putting it in this syntax .onclick = new Function("fnDisplay_Computers('" + alines[i] + "')"); so... I tried .onclick = new Function("showRapidText('" + itemnum + "')"); and .onclick = new Function("return showRapidText('" + itemnum + "')"); and about 40 other ways but nothing works

Is this possible without the browser popping up a warning? When I do this on IE8, I get the following message: Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?     Let's assume the following: I have an IIS web site set up IIS is configured to use Digest authentication I'm running an ASP.NET page The page has a code-behing assembly that overrides Page_Load When a user navigates to that page, I get a security prompt for the username and password. If the username and password are invalid (i.e. incorrect password) is there a way for the called page, in Page_Load to know, or does IIS handle this and return the 401 before the ASP.NET engine ever gets around to resolving the actual Page class that will get executed?

    Here's the conundrum, I'm a complete and utter noob when it comes to programming. I understand the basics, but am still learning javascript. I have a spreadsheet of surveys, in which I need to see how particular users have varied over time. As such, I need to disregard all rows with unique values in a particular column. How do I set the hide the element before the page loads whilst keeping the ability to show hide it dynamically with a script?

The plugin works with jQuery v1.1 and v1.2 but for some reason it fails with the v1.3 base.     I have inserted a video from youtube into a DIV tag, used the actual "embed" code found on youtube site. and used jquery to show/hide the div. when activated, the flash video shows perfectly in the div, when clicked it plays as usual the only problem i have is when someone using a Mac, and clicks on play, the flash video disappears. this happened on many Mac computers regardles of the browser being in use ( none Firefox neither Safari are working ) although i have tested it on all general browsers on windows and it works fine
