  • Compare array in loop

    I have 2 arrays with different sizes, in some cases one array can have more elements than the other array. However, I always need to compare the arrays using the same id. I need to get the other value with the same id in the other array I have tried this, but the problem happens when I compare the two arrays in a loop when the other array has more elements than one, because duplicate the loop and data , and it does not work. This is easy, however our problem is that a user could essentially add a <b> tag some where and then not close it resulting in all of the comments thereafter and the rest of that page being bolded. How do we check and make sure that whatever tag is opened is now closed?

    I found this in some code examples while googling : $sql = 'INSERT INTO users (username,passwordHash) VALUES (?,?)'; it's new to me, but I would guess that it a substitution method and equivalent to $sql = "INSERT INTO users (username,passwordHash) VALUES ($username,$passwordHash)";` or $sql = 'INSERT INTO users (username,passwordHash) VALUES (' . $username . ',' . $passwordHash . ')';` would that be correct? Is it an actual PHP syntax, or was he just trying to simplify his example?

    I have a dev project setup in a subfolder on my testing machine and it must stay there. However all the Zend frameworks views are linked to server root. CSS are linked like: <link type="text/css" href="<?php echo $this->baseUrl('/css/frontend.css') ?>" rel="Stylesheet" /> Which must be stayed this way, but it should link to localhost/a/b/c/prj1/css/frontend.css How can I setup a global subdirectory for this?

    Even though its obnoxious in a lot of ways I use PHPMyAdmin all the time to debug database issues while writing PHP. By default it sorts tables by primary key ascending. 99% of the time I would rather have the newest data (my test data) shown at the top by default rather than the useless first few records ever saved. Is there a way to configure PHPMyAdmin to show the newest records by default? To alter similar behavior?
