  Using netsh, I used the following command to add a wireless profile add profile filename="c:\profiles\DLINK-Profile.xml" interface="D-Link DWA-125 N150" All parameters are valid. But I get the error "An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format." I know this error is related to OS architecture 64bit or 32 bit. But i'm not sure which program is not compatible. I'm using Win7 64bit

  I'm trying to authenticate against AD using the http://spnego.sourceforge.net component with tomcat.   I am trying to make an http call to the WebSphere PMI servlet. Websphere has security enabled and therefore I am asked to enter user credentials in order to display the xml. What actually doesn't work as I expect is that username and password in the url are not recognized and the BASIC authorization form is displayed. Obviously it doesn't work from a third party application point of view, I need to pass those variables as GET request. Any suggestion?

  Can't get this to work at all! I'm trying to get this linux box to act as a transparent proxy and, with the help of DHCP, force everyone on the network to gate into the proxy. I have two ethernet connections, both to the same switch. And I'm trying to get 192.168.1.234 to become the default gateway. The actual WAN connection is to a gateway 192.168.1.1. eth0 is 192.168.1.234 eth1 is 192.168.1.2 Effectively I'm trying to make eth0 a LAN only interface and eth1 a WAN interface. I've oi should set the gateway for eth1 to point to 192.168.1.234 my squid.conf file has the following directives added at the bottom: nly set eth0 to have a gateway address in /etc/network/interfaces I'm not sure whether http_port 3128 transparent acl lan src 192.168.1.0/24 acl lh src 127.0.0.1/255.255.255.0 http_access allow lan http_access allow lh i've added the following routing commands: iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth0 -p tcp -m tcp --dport 80 -j DNAT --to-destination 192.168.1.2:3128 iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth1 -p tcp -m tcp --dport 80 -j REDIRECT --to-ports 3128 I set a computer with TCP settings 192.168.1.234 as the gateway and opened up google.com, but it comes up with a request error. However I've been trying for a while now and can't seem to figure it out and think I'm to the point where I've exhausted all the permutations of the config file I can think of. SSL has been disabled for right now. So I make a standard request for the login page. However all the CSS and images are broken, with the standard login page returned for all of the resources. • Will this RAID5 setup work (3TB Seagate Barracudas + Adaptec RAID 6405)?

  As the title states, will this RAID combo work, and if not what needs to be changed? Overall opinions would be most helpful. I currently run a small file server of about 5TB or so. I keep outgrowing my needs and need to build a RAID setup that will allow me to expand as needed. I am new to RAID setups, especially one of the scale I have currently planned out, but I have being doing some research for the past couple of weeks and have come up with a build. Ideally, I'd have the setup completely built, but I'd like to keep the total cost around $1k and can't afford to go above $1.5k, so unfortunately that's not an option. 2 of my current drives are WD Caviar Blacks 2TB; however, I have recently learned that due to the lack of TLER those drives are awful for any RAID setup other than 0 or 1. That being said, my third drive is a Seagate Barracuda 3TB (ST300DM001) and I have found a RAID controller that states it supports it, so I'd like to use this same type of drive, if possible. Have any of you had any experience using this drive or a similar one in a RAID5 configuration? The manufacturer states that it supports it, but knowing that it is not an enterprise drive, I am slightly concerned that it could drop out of the array. I would just go with enterprise drives, but those are about double in cost...   Connector settings: <Connector ... compression="2048" noCompressionUserAgents="gozilla, traviata" compressionMimeType="text/html,text/xml,text/plain,text/css,text/javascript"/> This seems to work for html, but not for css or javascript. compression="force" does work, but compression="on" doesn't. compression="2" doesn't work either, so I don't know what "force" is really doing. The files in question are about 6k, I've cleared the browser cache, etc.

My observation: When I open a .xlsx file in Excel 2003 with compatibility, I can't see more than 256 columns (till Column IV).

I understand, of course, the processing/memory usage overhead in encrypting and decrypting packets, but as far as bandwidth is concerned, what is the difference, if any? For example, given a XML file which is 64KB, will there be any tangible difference in the transfer size of the file over HTTP vs. HTTPS? (Ignoring mod_deflate and mod_gzip, of course)
