• Show/Hide divs with same class - jquery

  Hello, I have 1 div that will contain 3-5 divs with the same class. Below the div is an anchor. I would like for when this anchor is clicked it will hide the first div and then show the second. Another click would show the next and so on. I have set display:none on all divs but the first so only one is currently showing. I just can't figure out how to hide the first and then show the second, then third, then next when clicking the anchor. <div class="container-div"> <div class="inner-div">...</div> <div class="inner-div" style="display:none;">...</div> <div class="inner-div" style="display:none;">...</div> <a href="#" class="more">More</a> </div> So when the more anchor is clicked it would show one inner-div one at a time. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Also, I would like to use jquery to accomplish this.

• HTML5 Drag and Drop styles not displaying on Windows Server 2003

  I'm working on a file upload utility based on Valum's Ajax-Uploader. The idea is similar to the Gmail attachment process. The user should be able to drag a file from the desktop into the browser window and onto the file upload area to get it to upload. This works fine in the browsers that support this functionality (Firefox 3.6+, Chrome 7+). The problem I'm running into are the styles that should be re-drawn when the user: Drags the file anywhere in the browser Drags the file into the upload area I have tested in the exact same browser versions on WinXP, Vista, and Win7. The appropriate styles are redrawn. However, in Windows Server 2003, they do not. In Win2003, when I inspect the div that should be redrawn via Firebug, the "drop-area" and "drop-area-active" classes are applied correctly. Firebug even shows the correct style declarations, but the changes are never visible. The only difference between FF and Chrome that I'm able to spot is that in Chrome, the "drop-area-active" style is displayed for a split second when the user drops the file. I'm not positive that it is a Windows2003 issue, but that's the only OS in which I'm able to recreate the bug.

• SVG 100% document height don't work

  I'm trying to fill a document with a SVG image using the width="100%" and height="100%" properties, I have height="100%" in html and body tags too, and different colours for body(red) and svg(blue). Result is a full height svg but with a scrollbar in the right, and a thin line of red(body) at the bottom. ¿How can I fill the document with the svg without the scrollbar? Thanks.   Basically, i have done my program so that it will display differences in strings and display the whole line. I want to highlight (in a colour) the differences in the line. I would like to be able to highlight that difference and any other difference. • jQuery scroll div with scrollTop

  I'm trying to scroll a div up or down when hovering over the respective arrows. I also want to be able to jump down the div when the buttons are clicked (think clicking the windows scroll arrows rather than dragging the scroll bar). The scrolling works but the jumping doesn't. scrollTop() keeps retuning 0. • Changing iframe visibility on Mozilla not working

  I've got a simple iframe that I want hidden until an event from that iframe is fire via easyXDM. It's working fine on Chrome, but somehow not on Mozilla. The event is being fired on both browsers, but only shows the iframe on Chrome. The only way to show the iframe on Mozilla is to call the same code using an onclick event.   I used to have this buggy Paperclip config: class Photo < ActiveRecord::Base has_attached_file :image, :storage => :s3, :styles => { :medium => "600x600>", :small => "320x320>", :thumb => "100x100#" }, :s3_credentials => "#{RAILS_ROOT}/config/s3.yml", :path => "/:style/:filename" end This is buggy because two images cannot have the same size and filename.   I recently made a Chat application in Visual Basic using PHP. What i want to do is in Visual Basic create a unique ID. That unique ID, has to be his filename. I'm not very good with PHP so what i want to know is: I want the unique ID to be the filename of the "Note". Like: $logfile= '{uniqueID.php}'; Whenever the user opens the program, it'll open his uniqueID.php file and he can edit that in my program. Long Story Short (TL;DR) Program generates uniqueID uniqueID is going to be a new file; {uniqueID}.php On next open it will check if {uniqueID}.php of him/her exists else it will make a new one. I know this isn't really secure but it's to learn something for myself.
