    Dont know whether this belongs in SO or SF I am taking an AI course this semester and it requires fairly heavy use of Prolog. I've dealt with using the provided windows IDE under WINE on the laptop and within VM on the desktop. It all seems too awkward to me, so does anyone know what prolog linux IDE's are out there? (And how to set up prolog nativly under linux)

    I was trying to create a new Class Library project targeted for the .NET Compact Framework. However, when I select "New project - Smart Device" I only have the Smart Device Project template. I've checked the folder: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\ProjectTemplates\CSharp\SmartDevice\1033 It contains several project templates: SmartDeviceClassLibrary SmartDeviceConsoleApplication SmartDeviceEmptyProject SmartDeviceWindowsApplication SmartDeviceWindowsControlLibrary None of those are shown on my IDE. How can I use one of those project templates?

    I am building an app on android and running into an error and while searching on net, came across your posting on this and changed the eclipse.ini to increase Xms and Xmx params but still this error does not go away. I am using Eclipse IDE for Java with Andrioid SDK 2.1 on Mac OS. Please help or please point me to someone who might know.     Hi I have just started using IntelliJ again and have version 9. I just installed the Mecurial plugin and now the ide won't start anymore. Has an error of Fatal error initializing class com.intellij.openapi.actionSystem.ActionManager: java.lang.VerifyError: class com.dcx.hg.MercurialVcs overrides final method getName.()Ljava/lang/String; I now know that I should be using the plugin hg4idea Is there a way I can remove this plugin so I can start the ide, I am sure there must be..     I'm working on a project started in VB9 (VS 2008) and now I've migrated to VS2010 (VB10) but on the production server the IDE is still VS 2008. On my developement enviroment the code compiles fine, but sometimes, - let's say - I forget an _ at the end of the line which causes the VB9 compiler to throw an error. So the question is, how could I build a project with the VS 2010 IDE but VB9 compiler? Or to force the VB10 compiler into VB9 mode?

    Im just curious if anyone has had success trying to run the Groovy Grails tool suite on an Amazon AWS EC2 instance with its display exported into your windows machine. If so, I wanted to know which flavor of linux was used on the EC2. I am not having much success with it on the Amazon Linux but haven't tried their Ubuntu instances yet. I got all the way to getting GGTS installed and getting the display exported but when I launch GGTS I get log errors about libraries missing. This is most likely because I didn't use yum to install it so I am probably missing dependencies but I didn't have a choice its not offered as a yum package.     I'm trying to use Selenium IDE to click on a swf in a html page. The DIV id and Embed id change depend on the timestamp e.g. id="FLASH_0_23458974594", I've tried using id=/^FLASH_([0-9]+_)0-9/ or id="FLASH_glob:*" but the IDE is not picking up the swf. Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks.
