    I keep getting this error on my project and i cant figure it out! please help! error C2143: syntax error : missing ')' before 'constant' the line is: while (selection == ('a','b','c', 'd', 'e', 'f', 'g', 'h', 'i','A','B' 'C', 'D', 'E', 'F', 'G', 'H', 'I'); also i know there is an easier way to write that line out but im not sure how i can do it. im a beginner at this so can any of you pros edit this line for me!

    I have a partial view (UserControl) that implements a simple pager in my Asp.Net MVC project. This pager needs access to a .js file that needs to be included exactly once, regardless of how many instances of the pager control are present on the parent page. I've tried to use Page.ClientScript.RegisterClientScriptInclude, but it had no effect (I assume because the code nugget was evaluated too late to impact the head control). Is there any simple alternative?

    Hi. Is there something like Spork for Jruby too? We want to parallelize our specs to run faster and pre-load the classes while running the rake task; however we have not been able to do so.   • why does maven3 give up supporting application $version declaration?

    As you see from the title, I want to ask that the case of in maven3 there is no support for $version in pom.xml anymore. Do we have to really write a constant every time in each project in every pom.xml and related configuration files again and again? How can we avoid doing this?     I would like to use Guava in a project, but my PM doesn't like the "r05" suffix, saying that it looks like it's not stable. In fact, the part I need is only the Google-Collections 1.0 which is now deprecated (my PM doesn't like that word either). So I don't really get the versioning of Guava/Google-Collections. I'm currently doing the development with GC1.0, but if possible I'll switch to a more recent and stable version.
