  • Update Statement Updates 0 Rows via the C# Winform Application?

    First of all, please help me out! I can not take this anymore. I could not find where the error is located. Here is my problem: I'm trying to update a row via c# winform application. The update query generated from the application is formatted correctly. I tested it in the sql server environment, it worked well. When i run it from the application i get 0 rows updated. Here is the snippet that generates the update statement using reflection - don't try to figure it out.     I've looked around a bit for a great JavaScript Sprite Sheet animator lib/engine but couldn't find any good ones so I thought I'd ask around =). What I'm looking for in the engine is: Animate an image in a non-canvas setting (ex: div via css or img tags) Control frame rate/animation speed Flags to loop or to animate once etc. Are there any engines like this out there? If not I can always make my own but then again, I don't want to re-invent the wheel =].

  • My winform application doesn't work on others' pc without vs 2010 installed

    Just like I said, my winform application works properly on computers with VS installed, but on other computers, it will crash due to a FileNotFound Exception. I used using Application = Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.Application; in my source code to generate a Excel file, and the problem occurs as soon as the Excel-related function is called. But I don't know what it refers to exactly. Do I have to get some .dll included along with the .exe file? And what DLL is that?   • How do I get Hudson to stop escaping parts of my shell script?

So right now I have #!/bin/bash -ex cp /directory/structure/*.log . This is kind enough to be changed to cp '/directory/structure/*.log' . Which of course is not found since I don't have a file named *.log. So how do I get this script to work?

    I have a SQL table (MYSQL 4.0 to be precise) composed of the following : int no (primary) int field1 int field2 I would like to swap the values of field1 with the values of field2 and vice-versa. Ex.: 1;2.5;3.76 becomes 1;3.76;2.5 I need a swapping temporary variable of some sort. But I don't think I can use something like Set @var1 = field1 inside my update statement. And I don't think altering the table to add a temporary column is my best best either.

  • EBCDIC to ASCII conversion. Out of bound error. In C#.

    I tried creating a EBCDIC to ASCII convector in C# using this general conversion order(given below). Basically the program converted from ASCII to the equivalent integer and from there into EDCDIC using the order below. Now when I try compiling this in C# and try giving a EBCDIC string(got this from another file from another computer) it is showing 'Out of Bound' exception for some of the EBCDIC character. Why is this like this?? Is it about formating?? or C# ?? or windows? Extra: I tried just printing out all the ASCII and EBCDIC characters using a loop from 0..255 numbers but still its not showing many of the EBCDIC characters.
