  I'm looking for something like the individual parts of the date picker dialog. A view that allows you to input integers (and only integers) that you can limit (between 1 and 10 for example), where you can use the keyboard or the arrows in the view itself. Does it exists? It is for a dialog. A ready-made dialog to request an integer would also help.

  I'm working on a python class that is being shared between two products. 90% of the functionality applies to both products. For the 10% that's different the code is littered with this kind of thing: #Start of file project = 'B' #Some line of code if project == 'A': import moduleA elif project == 'B': import moduleB #Many lines of code if project == 'A': print moduleA.doA(2) elif project == 'B': print moduleB.doB(2) This doesn't seem very elegant or very readable, has anyone encountered this sort of thing before?   I have various VB6 projects I'm maintaining with some of the queries being passed to the server having "ELSE:" with the colon used in case statements. I'm wondering can someone tell me what the **ll the colon is used for? It causes errors in SQL2005 and greater, but SQL2000 works with no complaints. I'd like to just remove it from the code & re-compile, but I'm afraid it'll break 10 other things in the application.. Thanks in advance...

I want to use Expression Encoder 3 to generate thumbnail image for video (wmv format) every 30 seconds -- e.g. for a 5 minutes video, there will be 10 thumbnails which reflects video at the time of 0 second, 30 second, 1 minute, 1 minute and 30 seconds, etc. Any reference code? thanks in advance, George
