  • Maven site deploy authentication error with scp

    I get Auth fail error when running mvn -X site:deploy. org.apache.maven.wagon.authentication.AuthenticationException: Cannot connect. Reason: Auth fail It seems that the correct private key is used and I can scp files normally to the project site directory using scp on Ubuntu. What can be causing this?

    I have a standard html form where the user can specify a website/domain: favourite website: [ ] I expect the user to type things like: [www.google.com] [www.yahoo.com] [www.example.co.jp] I want to validate the domain/site via javascript so if a user had typed something wrong: [www...google.com] [www.-example.com] I tell them straight away. Can anybody post this javascript ? Alternatively can anybody point me to a site where I can look at their javascript ? Many Thanks

  • Why would restarting MySQL make my site faster?

    hey all, my site started dragging lately, the queries taking exceptionally longer than I would expect with properly tuned indexes. I just restarted the mysql server after 31 days uptime and every query is now substantially faster and the whole site renders 3-4 times faster. Would there be anything that jumps out at you as to why this may have been? Improper settings on my.cnf perhaps? Any ideas as to what I can start looking at to try and pinpoint why? thanks

    I'm trying to open a hole in the firewall (ASA 5505, v8.2) to allow external access to a Web application. Via ASDM (6.3?), I've added the server as a Public Server, which creates a static NAT entry [I'm using the public IP that is assigned to 'dynamic NAT--outgoing' for the LAN, after confirming on the Cisco forums that it wouldn't bring everyone's access crashing down] and an incoming rule "any... public_ip... https... allow" but traffic is still not getting through. When I look at the log viewer, it says it's denied by access-group outside_access_in, implicit rule, which is "any any ip deny" I haven't had much experience with Cisco management. I can't see what I'm missing to allow this connection through, and I'm wondering if there's anything else special I have to add. I tried adding a rule (several variations) within that access-group to allow https to the server, but it never made a difference. Maybe I haven't found the right combination? :P I also made sure the Windows firewall is open on port 443, although I'm pretty sure the current problem is Cisco, because of the logs. :) Any ideas? If you need more information, please let me know. Thanks Edit: First of all, I had this backward. We have two isa rule: order name action protocolls from/listener to condition 1. trafic ALLOW all outbound all networks all networks all users 2. FTP ALLOW FTP Server EXTERNAL/INTERNAL/Local host 10.1.1.1 So we have to "bann" a few webpage (like facebook, youtube...etc...), so we make a new rule 0. banned DENY HTTP internal denied pages all users In the denied pages we have the *.facebook.com domain set. After we enable this rule, the entire internet slows down. The banning rule works well, redirect to an internal site, but the other sites.... If i open a page..it normally takes 3-10 sec to load, but after this rule this time is: 2-4 minutes.
