• RadioButtonList javascript firing twice

  I am working with .NET 1.1. The RadioButtonList's AutoPostBack is set to TRUE. I added a client script to display an alert with the selected value. But, the alert is displaying twice - before and after the post back. • Ms Excel Problem Linking Range in Source Document to Custom Function in Target Document

  I have some customer MS Excel VBA code (MS Excel 2007) that takes a range as input and then does some work on it (it is quite a large range). I want to use a separate excel document as the source of the range data. If I have both the source and target document open then the function works just fine. If I have only the target document open I get #Value! returned and stepping through in the debugger I see "Error 2023" in the data value passed in. Any ideas how I make this work without having to open both spreadsheets simultaneously?

  I have an Symfony2 edit form for an entity and one of the fields is for the user's profile picture. I'm trying to theme the Twig file upload widget so that the current picture set for the field is displayed above the file input. My question is how can I get hold of the path to the file? Is there a way to pick it out of the form values for the field? Could I perhaps pass it through as an option to the field? Srz if this is a dumb question, still pretty new to Symfony and Twig..

• What Can A 'TreeDict' (Or Treemap) Be Used For In Practice?

  I'm developing a 'TreeDict' class in Python. This is a basically a dict that allows you to retrieve its key-value pairs in sorted order, just like the Treemap collection class in Java. I've implemented some functionality based on the way unique indexes in relational databases can be used, e.g. functions to let you retrieve values corresponding to a range of keys, keys greater than, less than or equal to a particular value in sorted order, strings or tuples that have a specific prefix in sorted order, etc. Unfortunately, I can't think of any real life problem that will require a class like this. I suspect that the reason we don't have sorted dicts in Python is that in practice they aren't required often enough to be worth it, but I want to be proved wrong. Can you think of any specific applications of a 'TreeDict'? Any real life problem that would be best solved by this data structure? I just want to know for sure whether this is worth it.

  I was trying to set up a mail server with no luck. I want it to accept mail from authenticated users only and deliver them. I want the users to be able to connect over the internet. Ideally the mail server wouldn't accept any incoming mail. Essentially I want it to accept messages on a receiving port and transfer them to the intended recipient out port 25. If anyone has some good links and guides that would be awesome. I am quite familiar with linux but have never played around with MTA's and am currently running debian 6. More Specific Problem! Sorry, that was general and postfix is complex. I am having trouble enabling the submission port with encryption and authentication. What Works: Sending mail from the local machine. (sendmail [email protected]). Ports are open. (25 and 587) Connecting to 587 appears to work, I get a "need to starttls" warning and starttls appears to work. Why does it do this and can I stop it?   This is a follow on from this question My program is taking in a string that is comprised of two parts: a distance value and an id number respectively. I've split these up and stored them in local variables inside my program. All of the id numbers are stored in a dictionary and are used check the incoming distance value. Though I should note that each string that gets sent into my program from the device is passed along on a single string. The next time my program receives that a signal from a device, it overrides the previous data that was there before. Should the id key coming into my program match one inside my dictionary, then a variable held next to my dictionaries key, should be updated. However, when I run my program, I don't get 6 different values, I only get the same value and they all update at the same time. But there is this error and i dont quite understand what it means and what is the workaround(..i'd wanted not to assign Orientation on every Stackpanel).

The question is, if there is no need to update the row ( because the set value is already the same as the field value), will those rows counted as the affected row?   Hey guys, I'm having problems with my shopping cart. What I am trying to do is make a function that will add an item the cart and then and function that will view the cart and show the details. But what I have got so far does not do that, it just simply adds and goes straight to view cart. Also I wanted to store the name of each items in different global arrays (name, price and sum) but I can't get it work that way. Can any help me overcome this problem? • To trigger everytime with .click()?

  I tried to have a .click() on a <a> to find out it wont trigger every time I click, what it suppose to do is open a dialog. That is not the only problem I would need to pass a value to my jquery to. I just cant figure this one out. I need it to be a <a> because it's gone be in a dropdown menu.   I have this controller: @RequestMapping(value = "*.xls", method = RequestMethod.GET) public String excel(Model model) { return "excel"; The excel wiew opens actually a ExcelViewer, which is build in method protected void buildExcelDocument(Map<String, Object> map, WritableWorkbook ww, HttpServletRequest hsr, HttpServletResponse hsr1) throws Exception { Class.writecontent Class.writeMoreContent Called methods write content to the Excel sheet and they can throw e.g biffException. How can I show a certain error page when Exception is occured? I tried this @Controller public class ExcelController { @ExceptionHandler(BiffException.class) public String handleException(BiffException ex) { return "fail"; } @RequestMapping(value = "*.xls", method = RequestMethod.GET) public String excel(Model model) { return "excel"; } } But I'm getting the server's error message about Exceptions. Maybe a bean definition missing?
