    I am building an application that uses the Facebook Graph API. To get the access token I should send the following request https://graph.facebook.com/oauth/authorize? client_id=...& redirect_uri=http://www.example.com/callback It redirects to the redirect_uri with the code to be used as access token. How can I capture that the HttpsURLConnection is redirected and how to get the code? Is it possible or I need to have server that gets the access token?

  • What's the best way to generate an API reference document using a Rails routes.rb file?

    I am trying to document the API for my Rails application and I can't help but wonder if there is a better way to generate an XML file based on my routes.rb file. I'm envisioning something similar to the output of rake routes but in a more friendly, XML type format. Corey has some interesting ideas about using reflection/introspection on the routes file here but it's not quite what I need. Please tell me this is a solved problem and I'm not the first one to think of this. :)

What will be issues if they make every request to production server for delivery of the website articles along with image urls etc. Will it cause disk wait on shared/vps/dedicated hosting users ?   • API server not function ["The connection has been reset"]

    I'm having some troubles with one of my servers. I've done an application with two servers, one the frontend that grabs the data of server API (Ubuntu server). Well, yesterday had a lot of visits and the API server stop functioning but: -I can do stuff in MySQL by SSH. -The memory usage is ok. -The logs are ok. -The bandwitch usage is ok. -If i restart the server or Apache2, function by some time (3-4 minutes). And the most important i think if i tries to access to API (Is rest-style with http) it puts me the Firefox error "The connection has been reset". I'd tried: -Restart the server -Restart Apache2 -Restart MySQL -Viewed the logs of Apache2/MySQL I don't know too much about systems so i don't know what to do more.

  • Team City Backup from Rest API doesn't backup

    I'm using the REST API in Team City 6.5 to request a backup is created as follows: http://teamcity:8111/httpAuth/app/rest/server/backup?includeConfigs=true&includeDatabase=true&includeBuildLogs=true&fileName=filename as specified in the documentation here: http://confluence.jetbrains.net/display/TW/REST+API+Plugin#RESTAPIPlugin-DataBackup The problem is that it simply returns "idle", as does the backup status call and no backup appears. I can backup fine from the web interface and I can return a list of users from the REST API without issue also. I'm starting to suspect there is some sort of permission or config option but I can't find one.

  • Core Data managed object context thread synchronisation

    I'm have an issue where i'm updating a many-to-many relationship in a background thread, which works fine in that threa, but when I send the object back to the main thread the changes do not show. If I close the app and reopen the data is saved fine and the changes show on the main thread. Also using [context lock] instead of a different managed object context works fine. I have tried NSManagedObjectContext: - (BOOL)save:(NSError **)error; - (void)refreshObject:(NSManagedObject *)object mergeChanges:(BOOL)flag; at different stages throughout the process but it doesn't seem to help. From my managed bean, if I do redirect, it works great (meaning that it execute my run() method inside my class that extends Runnable correctly).     Hi! Weird question, but i need to find an answer. Is there any way, in which i can manage managed beans in JSP? I`ll try to explain, what i want to do: Imagine, i have JSP page, which, for example, is called document.save.jsp. I have some various documents with different types. Each of them have their own bean. For example: BillDocument.java, OrderDocument.java and ReportDocument.java. BillDocument.java in my jsp is #{billdoc}. OrderDocument.java - #{orddoc}. ReportDocument.java - #{repdoc}. Each of them have method save(). In my JSP i want to call this method, but i need to know, which document it is. In my mind this structure is something like: <% String currentBean = ""; if(document == BillDocument){ currentBean = #{billdoc}; } if(document == OrderDocument){ currentBean = #{orddoc}; } if(document = ReportDocument){ currentBean = #{repdoc}; } %> Then, my Button with save method on it, may be smth like: <h:commandButton action="currentbean.save"/> Is there any way, in which i can store data about bean, which will be used in this button?   • Managed bean property value not set to null

    Hi! I'm new to JSF, so this question might be strange. I have an inputText component's value bound to managed bean's property of type Float. I need to set property to null when inputText field is empty, not to 0 value. It's not done by default, so I added converter with the following method implemented: public Object getAsObject(FacesContext arg0, UIComponent arg1, String arg2) throws ConverterException { if (StringUtils.isEmpty(arg2)) { return null; } float result = Float.parseFloat(arg2); if (result == 0) { return null; } return result; } I registered converter, and assigned it to inputText component. I logged arg2 argument, and also logged return value from getAsObject method. By my log I can see that it returns null value. But, I also log setter property on backing bean and argument is 0 value, not null as expected. To be more precise, it is setter property is called twice, once with null argument, second time with 0 value argument. It still sets backing bean value to 0. How can I set value to null?     Hi, I tried to subscribe to the m2eclipse mailing list by sending an email to [email protected] but it never sent me back any confirmation email. I sent an email to [email protected] asking if the mailing list was still running a couple of weeks ago and haven't received any response back to that either. Then I found another way to subscribe via http://xircles.codehaus.org/lists/info/search. So I did and am now receiving emails sent to the list. However, I can't send the list emails. They get bounced back with a failure notice: Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail.codehaus.org. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out. <[email protected]>: Sorry, only subscribers may post. If you are a subscriber, please forward this message to [email protected] to get your new address included. (#5.7.2) I've forwarded this message as instructed twice now (once yesterday and once this morning) without result so far. Does anyone know if this mailing list is being managed?   • How do I get started writing a .Net-wrapper around C++ Omniorb-stubs

    Hello there, my job is to access a CPRBA-server-application from .NET 3.5. After evaluating projets like IIOP.Net (undefined state) and products like VisiBroker (expensive) I'd like to do it "by myself" and write a .Net-Wrapper around C++-Stubs generated my Omniidl (the Omniorb IDL to C++ generator). This means writing some kind of layer of managed code (CLI) around the unmanaged C++ code. My question is: Has anyone experience in this topic? I honestly don't know how to do it the best way. Right now I plan to create a managed class for every unmanaged class, each managed class itself has a member to an instance of the unmanaged class, which is not garbage-collected. Is this the right way to do it or am I on the wrong path? Thanks in advance!
