  I've been trying to get a numeric keypad on the iPad, but when I set a numeric pad on a TextField, I get a normal keyboard with numbers and ponctuation. But I found out several bugs on the simulator, I don't really know if this is another. Is there a standard keypad on the iPad?

• iPad OpenGL ES FPS too slow!

  I'm currently working on an OpenGL ES 1.1 app for the iPad its running at full 768x1024 iPad resolution, with textures, polygons, and the works but only at about 30 fps! (not fast enough for my purposes) im pretty sure its not my code, because when i lowered the resolution, the FPS increased, eventually the normal 60 at iPod touch resoultion Is anyone else encountering this FPS slowdown? should I reduce the size then scale up? any guidance is much appreciated!

  The iPad programming guide says I have to include the UIDeviceFamily key in Info.plist. It also says that the transitioning a target to iPad should have added the key. It didn't. I tried creating blank projects, both iPad-only and universal, and neither got that key. Google comes up short too. What's the story on this mysterious key?   Hi Friends, Is there any way to change the frame of the UIAlertView in iPhone or iPad. I tried changing the frame in the following delegate method- (void)willPresentAlertView:(UIAlertView *)alertView; but even then the width of the Alertview remained unchanged.
