  Hey there I'm working on a browser-game and I can't help but wonder about what's the lightest way to make the grid/board on which the game takes place. Right now, as a mere sample, I'll show you this: http://sotkra.com/game/ Now, as the grid gets bigger and bigger, the table and its td's create a very heavy filepage which in turn...sucks in more resources from the browser engine and computer. I have found some MVC frameworks, and some of them support only PHP 5: PHP Frameworks PHP MVC Frameworks Model–view–controller on Wikipedia but can anyone recommend one of those MVC frameworks that plans to actively use PHP 5.3 features, not just being compatible with PHP 5.3?   I'm a big fan of JGraphT, a Java library for graphs. Could anyone recommend a similar Java library for trees? Preferrably FOSS. What I need is a good API, preferrably typesafe with generics which allows modelling different kinds of trees (with some user data attached to verticies/edges) and run different algorithms and operations on these trees. For instance, traverse or balance. At the moment I'm not interested in visualization of trees.

  Hi, as I know there is an official document for Java (JLS), I'd like to know if it's also the case of PHP language. I found the "Language Reference" section on the PHP manual, but it doesn't look as detailed as the JLS. The thing is I have a good practical knowledge of PHP but I'm miserably clueless about what REALLY happens under the hood.   Hello everybody! I use "file-roller" to manage with archieves on my Ubuntu. But it fails on running without user interface(just teminal). The error is shown below. ** (file-roller:5453): CRITICAL **: Failed to parse arguments: Cannot open display: How can I prevent file-roller from using GUI or can you recommend me any other archieve manager I can use from terminal. It would be perfect, if this manager can handle as much formats as it is possible.

• What are the rules about using an underscore in a C++ identifier?

  It's common in C++ to name member variables with some kind of prefix to denote the fact that they're member variables, rather than local variables or parameters. If you've come from an MFC background, you'll probably use "m_foo". I've also seen "myFoo" occasionally. C# (or possibly just .NET) seems to recommend using just an underscore, as in "_foo". Is this allowed by the C++ standard?

• One Account with many users authentication in rails

  Which approach would you recommend to the following issue: My app needs to have an account with several users inputting tasks on the same account. Only one of the users (the one that opened the account) will have admin privileges. Im thinking on using Authlogic for authentication and CanCan for determining user privileges. The point is that I'd like the User that opened the Account to be admin by default being him the only one to be able to generate other Users for his account with a different privileges. Thanks, CD
