• Htaccess Rewrite Rule

  Hi, I'm getting crazy with htaccess and rewrite rule.. I'd like to understand how it works, I hate it, anyway here's my problem (really simple for most of you) My site has one main page index.php. This is the only page, all the others are handled by this one. I did a simple RewriteRule RewriteRule ^([a-zA-Z0-9_-]+)$ index.php?page=$1 to do this: http://www.me.ext/index.php?page=VAL - http://www.me.ext/VAL but I don't know how create a rule for this http://www.me.ext/index.php?page=VAL&var1=VAL2&var2=VAL3 etc. I'd like a final url like: http://www.me.ext/VAL/VAL2/VAL3 etc. Thanks

  I'm given three binary random variables: X, Y, and Z. I'm also given the following: P(Z | X) P(Z | Y) P(X) P(Y) I'm then supposed to determine whether or not it is possible to find P(Z | Y, X). I've tried rewriting the solution in the form of Bayes' Theorem and have gotten nowhere. Given that these are boolean random variables, is it possible to rewrite the system in terms of boolean algebra? I understand that the conditionals can be mapped to boolean implications (x -> y, or !x + y), but I'm unsure how this would translate in terms of the overall problem I'm trying to solve. (yes, this is a homework problem, but here I'm much more interested in how to formally solve this problem than what the solution is...I also figured this question would be entirely too simple for MathOverflow)

We thought of two strategies for handling this: Have our continuous integration server (TeamCity, in this case, but I've used others before and they seem to have the same issue) point to the aggregator POM file, and just build everything Have our continuous integration server point at each individual module Is there a standard, preferred practice for this?   The __debug__ variable is handy in part because it affects every module. If I want to create another variable that works the same way, how would I do it? The variable (let's be original and call it 'foo') doesn't have to be truly global, in the sense that if I change foo in one module, it is updated in others. I'd be fine if I could set foo before importing other modules and then they would see the same value for it.

  I'm trying to use cocoa-python with Xcode but it always calls up the error: Traceback (most recent call last): File "main.py", line 10, in <module> import objc ImportError: No module named objc This seems to be because dispite all my attempts to install or find objc and the other modules used by that file, they are simply not on my computer that I can tell, so does anyone know where I can download the actual files (or could put up their own copies?) as in objc.py, Foundation.py, AppKit.py and PyObjCTools.py?

TableA has a clustered primary key ID1, ID2 & ID3 and TableB has p.k. ID1 I need to create a table that has the missing records in TableA based on TableB The select query I am trying to create should give the following output C1 P1 S4 To do this, I have the following SQL query SELECT DISTINCT TableA.ID1, TableA.ID2, TableB.ID1 FROM TableA a, TableB b WHERE TableB.ID1 NOT IN ( SELECT DISTINCT [ID3] FROM TableA aa WHERE a.ID1 == aa.ID1 AND a.ID2 == aa.ID2 ) Though this query works, it performs poorly and my final TableA may have upto 1M records. is there a way to rewrite this more efficiently.   I have a variable in init of a module which get loaded from the database and takes about 15 seconds. For django development server everything is working fine but looks like with apache2 and mod_wsgi the module is loaded with every request (taking 15 seconds). Any idea about this behavior? Update: I have enabled daemon mode in mod wsgi, looks like its not reloading the modules now! needs more testing and I will update.

• Django manage.py can't find an INSTALLED_APP even though the module is in the path

  When I run python manage.py shell I get an error about the last app I've added to INSTALLED_APP, namely django_evolution, saying it's an undefined module. This is despite the fact that I've added the path to django_evolution to the system path. In fact right after this error I can run python and do an import on django_evolution and everything is fine. Why isn't django or python seeing this module when clearly it's been setup and even added to the path?

  I use VS2010,C# to develop an ASP.NET web site, my customers want me to have their pages like this: mysite.com/customer (in fact they call mysite/customer/default.aspx) so I've manually created several folders for each customer, and inserted a default.aspx file in the folder so that users can view customer page by typing mysite.com/customer is there a better way for performing this scenario? I don't want to have mysite.com/customer1.aspx, I want to have mysite.com/customer1, is there anyway that I can remove folders (and their containing default.aspx files) and generate something automatic using my customers database? should I use URL rewriting? is there anyway that I can create page mysite.com/customer1.aspx, and users can view it by typing mysite.com/customer1? I think it is possible to rewrite URLs in web.config, but I don't want to do it manually in web.config as my pages would increase in a daily basis thanks

I do have mod_rewrite for apache enabled This is my .htacces file: <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine on RewriteRule ^gameofthrones/(full|house|characters)\.(all|Stark|Lannister)\.(html|xml|json)$ index.php?output=$3&house=$2&info=$1 </IfModule> But when I enter this url: localhost/school/str-webservices/eindopdracht/index.php?output=html&house=all&info=full It stays that way, but it should be something like: localhost/school/str-webservices/eindopdracht/gameofthrones/full/all/html What am I doing wrong?
