    I have RHEL 5 lan server with squid 2.6 stable proxy settings, Under this have some windows xp desktops Now i installed filezilla ftp client in windows xp, for give services to my client's websites But i can't connect ftp servers throw filezilla , I set generic proxy too. ( HTTP/1.1 USING CONNECT method ) I get error message like this, Status: Connecting to (ftp hostname) through proxy Status: Connecting to hostname:port... Status: Connection with proxy established, performing handshake... Response: Proxy reply: HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden How can i solve this problem ?

    I am trying to connect to mysql server which is installed on my home pc from another pc. I allowed all connection in mysql configuration. There's no firewall blocking on the pc I am trying to connect from. I used the command- mysql -h Some.Host.IP -u SomeUser -p SomePassword I am getting- ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'Some.Host.IP' (10060) I can connect through php!! What's the problem? How do I solve it?

  • Is this a false positive by Avast?

    Avast keeps detecting the rootkit Win32:Evo-gen. I select to delete it, but when I restart the computer the message pops up again. The location is C:\Program Files(x86)\ASUS\AsusFanControlService\1.00.17\AsusFanControlService.exe this somewhat makes sense because I do have an Asus motherboard. Should I choose "ignore" and remember the selection or is it likely I do have a virus that is resisting deletion?

  • sshfs mount won't start from /etc/rc.local

    I have the following commands in /etc/rc.local chmod 666 /dev/fuse chmod +x /usr/bin/fusermount /bin/su someuser -c "/usr/bin/sshfs someuser@someserver:/usr/local/storage /usr/local/storage_remote -o nonempty -o reconnect" If I run them from command line, as root, they work. If I reboot the server they won't run from /etc/rc.local. I try to figure out what I do wrong but I don't have console access and I couldn't find any errors in /var/log related to sshfs.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks My .htpasswd file looks like: myuser:$aaa1$rsU3A8zu$1xiIou2elcL3QLIPhzsaj0

    I've set up cron to run a simple hello world shell script, but it's giving me an error that Google isn't helping me resolve. I've got to be missing something really simple!     We use "Copy file.prn to \tsclient\com1" to print from a TS session to a locally attached serial printer. This works fine from Windows XP, but when trying it from a Windows 7 client computer, we get an "Access is denied" error message. And yes, the check box of COM port is selected on the Local Resources tab of the Remote Desktop Connection client. Any pointers? Has anyone even managed to do this successfully?
