ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING apache 2.4

I upgraded my Ubuntu server to 14.04 and Apache 2.4.7. Now my images don't load and console yields net::ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING.
