  • AJAX modalpopupextender pressing enter when cancel is focused doesn't trigger cancel

    Been using the Ajax modalpopupextender. I used a script to set focus on the cancel button when it gets showed on the page but when I press enter (expecting that cancel would've been triggered since it was focused) it went ahead and triggered the event for the OK button (which, unfortunately was a delete event). I've tried using various methods for focusing on the Cancel button and trying to make it work. Anyone know how to make this work?

Because if he go over and back and over and back a copule of times he stop doing hovering anfd the code is still executing itself how many times he had hover over the link. I need somehow prevent this to happen. EDIT: I need to solve this without plugins like hoverIntent etc. if possible, just plain javascript and jQuery

    Is there a script i can use to copy some particular sectors of my Harddisk? I actually have two partitions say A and B, on my Harddisk. Both are of same sizes. What i want is to run a program which starts copying data from the starting sector of A to the starting sector of B until the end sector of A is copied to the end sector of B.     I have a flash application written in action script 2, and at one point it makes multiple back-to-back JavaScript requests using getUrl(). They have to be done as separate requests because IE had a limit on the length of a single request, and fails silently if that limit is passed. When ever this happens, if the user has their sound turned on there is a barrage of "click click click".

    I'm writing a MATLAB script which solves for the eigenmodes of a defined polygon. MATLAB's PDE toolbox lets me define the geometry using the command pdepoly() but I need to export the geometry description matrix manually to the workspace through the GUI before I can decompose, mesh, and solve the pde. Does anyone know either a command to export the geometry to the workspace or a better way to define this geometry description matrix in MATLAB? Many Thanks

    In both my environment.rb and test_helper.rb files I have: ENV["RAILS_ENV"] = "development" I have one functional test written, however when I run it, the script tries to connect to my database using the "test" configuration settings which are in the database.ymal file & won't connect the the database. How can I run my tests using the "development" environment settings?

    I am using ASP.Net and jQuery + jQuery UI. Everything works fine with the jQuery on any other page, however when I create a popup window with window.open(...) jQuery seems to no longer function. I have all of the script files included on the Popup's Master page, so am not sure why it won't fire. Any Thoughts?

  • Can't run rails server as daemon

    I'm using rails 2.3.2 and when I run script/server -d, the only output I get is = Booting Mongrel = Rails 2.3.2 application starting on http://0.0.0.0:3000 which is fine. But when I check for anything running on port 3000, i get nothing. Any ideas?

    Hi, with a previous bash script I created a list of files: data_1_box data_2_box ... data_10_box ... data_99_box the thing is that now I need to concatenate them, so I tried ls -l data_* but I get ..... data_89_box data_8_box data_90_box ... data_99_box data_9_box but I need to get in the sucession 1, 2, 3, 4, .. 9, ..., 89, 90, 91, ..., 99 Can it be done in bash?
