    I hope this code explains the problem: class Foo { void a() { / *stuff */ } } class Bar extends Foo { void a() { throw new Exception("This is not allowed for Bar"); } class Baz { void blah() { // how to access Foo.a from here? } } } I know that I may be doing something wrong, because inheritance perhaps shouldn't be used in such way. But it's the easiest way in my situation. And, beside that, I'm just curious. Is it possible?

Example string: other | text [tag]text|more text|and more[/tag] end | text My goal is to replace | with <br/> between [tag] and [/tag]. Tried with this, seems it wasn't that easy though: /<td>(\|)<td>/gsi Searched a bit, but couldn't make out an answer with the stuff I found. Hope you can help, thanks

However how does one call an asp:textbox, i have tried just textbox, asp:textbox, input.textbox but nothing seems to work.     Hi guys, Just wondering if you could help wanting to produce an activity stream in Java, the idea was to have a JLabel and text area followed by a divider be displayed on a screen and then repeated X amount of times according to what data was in a database. What I was wondering is how could I possibly repeat the placing the jlabel, text area, and diveder on the screen above the last rendered objects on the fly and all displayed correctly no matter the size of the text area of each set of object sort of like the image below.   • why winform using external dll(VC) and ocx(VC) control can only import one?

    we have a .net framework application with a vc dll and a vc ocx, and now if we only import one dll ,it is ok, but when we import both, it will pop a messagebox saying: Debug Assertion Failed! and i studied the child module of our application that import the vc dll, i found after the framework import vc ocx and initialize , then the function LoadLibrary in our module importing the vc dll would return 0, that means memory limited or call improperly, i use getlasterror() the error code is 1114. so it is very frustrated ,hope someone can help me.
