  • Issues with Flex 4 SDK under Flex Builder 3

    I have managed to adjust Flex Builder 3 to work with the Flex 4 SDK thanks to this article. However, some strange things are happening. I changed all the namespaces as suggested, but I cannot get anything from the fx: namespace using the Flex Builder code completion, as well as the spark List class.

Is there a way to clean this up, say with a named template for bicycle fields, for wheel fields and for reflector fields? In the real world example this is based on, there are many more attributes to a "bicycle" than just color, and I want to make this XSL easy to change to include or exclude fields without having to change the XSL in multiple places.

  • Most efficient algorithm for merging sorted IEnumerable<T>

    Hello, I have several huge sorted enumerable sequences that I want to merge. Theses lists are manipulated as IEnumerable but are already sorted. Since input lists are sorted, it should be possible to merge them in one trip, without re-sorting anything. I would like to keep the defered execution behavior. I tried to write a naive algorithm which do that (see below). However, it looks pretty ugly and I'm sure it can be optimized. It may exist a more academical algorithm... When I try to upload an image from an Android application it fails. Both methods work fine if I am running against the development server, but the Android upload doesn't work against the live service.     If you go to the iphone library and then go to songs, you will see the songs being displayed in a similar way to the MPMediaItemPicker class does. The only difference is that the ipod application shows the search bar right at the top of the list and also a nice alphabetical scroll on the right hand side whereas the MPMediaItemPicker class only isplays a simple scroll going up and down. How can i implement an alphabetical scroll on the right in the MPMediaItemPicker class? Can someone please help me.

I would think that if the SomeNumber variable is set to new Date.GetTime() model Binding should work just fine... I actually dont see the need of ajax for this but thats another topic.. I just havent figured out a way to do this without ajax... right now I want to get the template to work and append the form elements to the bottom of the list.
