    there! I have this question, hope you guys can help me out. So i have this table with two fields: type and authorization in type i have 2 different values: Raid and Hold in authorization i have 2 different values: Accepted or Denied I need to make a view that returns values like this: TYPE:RAID ACCEPTED:5 DENIED:7 Basically i need to know how many of the values in TYPE are Raid, and then how many of them are Accepted and Denied.   • OnDataBinding firing before OnLoad of a CustomGridViewControl in a UserControl?

    Hi, I have a CustomGridViewControl that is on a UserControl, the UserControl is loaded outside of the Page_Init when a treeview in the page is clicked that changes the view, than on subsequent postbacks the UserControl is loaded in Page_Init. The custom gridview is bound to a dataview that is dynamically retrieved. Problem is that the OnDataBinding of the CustomGridView is firing before the OnLoad of the CustomGridView, which is causing me to not be able to get embedded resource urls. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Hi, I have a Core Data Entity which has three properties startDate, endDate and duration. All three properties are persistent properties. I would like to know how I can calculate and update the duration property whenever the value for startDate and endDate changes?   • How can I make sure a ListView item always resizes to show all rows?

    I have a panel which contains a TableLayoutPanel which itself contains a number of ListViews and Labels. What I'd like is for each list view to resize to fit all of it's contents in vertically (i.e. so that every row is visible). The TableLayoutPanel should handle any vertical scrolling but I can't work out how to get the ListView to resize itself depending on the number of rows. Do I need to handle OnResize and manually resize or is there already something to handle this?

So how do they actually save it? Hashing all the data with user password so that only a valid session view it is one possibility.     The MFC program I am debugging is printing this message in the "Output" window in Visual Studio 9.0: HEAP[AppName.exe]: Invalid allocation size - 99999998 (exceeded 7ffdefff) I'm pretty sure this is due to a bad "new", uninitialized variable or similar error. The question is: how do I get the debugger to stop on this message so that I can view the stack trace and solve the problem?

Apparently log4j can already do this using a ZeroConfSocketHubAppender. Where might I be able to view the source for the java ZeroConfSocketHubAppender? I've looked both in the Apache Chainsaw and in the Log4j repositories but was unsuccessful.

We have two sites: 1) Flex / Flash 2) HTML I think with Flex I can attempt to download http://youtube.com/crossdomain.xml and if it is valid XML assume the site is available But with HTML I dont know how to do it. I cant even think of a 'nice hack'

    What is the generic algorithm or process that is commonly used to dynamically render portions of a scrolling area? For example, in Google Maps, when the user scrolls past the bounds of the currently rendered area, a grey checkerboard pattern is displayed within the not-yet-rendered portions while the application loads and renders those areas. I'm looking specifically for the approach, or the mathematics, related to filling a graphics area in chunks based on what has just come into view. If possible, I'm looking for anything relevant to the GDI+ process of doing so.
