  I have one TextBox and one listbox for searching a collection of data. While searching a text inside a Listbox if that matching string is found anywhere in the list it should show in Green color with Bold. eg. I have string collection like "Dependency Property, Custom Property, Normal Property". If I type in the Search Text box "prop" all the Three with "prop" (only the word Prop) should be in Bold and its color should be in green. Any idea how it can be done?. Data inside listbox is represented using DataTemplate.

  Hey, I've been struggling with writing a single string into a file. I'm using just a simple code under Slackware 13: $fp = fopen('/my/absolute/path/data.txt', 'w'); fwrite($fp, 'just a testing string...'); fclose($fp); The file gets created (if it's not already created) but it's empty ?! The directory in which this file is written is owned by apache's user & group (daemon.daemon) and has 0777 permissions. This has never happened to me before. I'm curious what's the reason I'm not able to write inside the file ? Thanks in advance.

• How would you parse the location text from Twitter to get the latitude/longitude in Objective-C?

  The location text from Twitter could be just about anything. Sometimes Twitter clients set the location with the user's latitude and longitude in the following format. "\U00dcT: 43.05948,-87.908409" Since there is no built-in support for Regular Expressions in Objective-C I am considering using the NSString functions like rangeOfString to pull the float values out of this string. For my current purpose I know the values with start with 43 and 87 so I can key off those values this time but I would prefer to do better than that. What would you do to parse the latitude/longitude from this string?

  Hi guys, I have to implement map values in my Grails app. I have a class that can contain 0..N OsmTags, and the key is unique. In Java I would model this with a Map in each object, but I don't know how to map classes in Grails. So I defined this class: class OsmTag { /** OSM tag name, e.g. natural */ String key /** OSM tag value, e.g. park */ String value static constraints = { key blank:false, size:2..80,matches:/[\S]+/, unique:false value blank:false, size:1..250,matches:/[\S]+/, unique:false } } That works ok, but it's actually quite ugly because the tag key is not unique.   Hello According to RFC, in multipart/form-data content-disposition header filename field receives as parameter HTTP quoted string - string between quites where character '\' can escape any other ascii character. Problem web browsers don't do it. IE6 sends: Content-Disposition: form-data; name="file"; filename="z:\tmp\test.txt" Instead of expected Content-Disposition: form-data; name="file"; filename="z:\\tmp\\test.txt" Which should be parsed as z:tmptest.txt according to rules instead of z:\tmp\test.txt. Firefox, Konqueror and Chrome don't escape " characters for example: Content-Disposition: form-data; name="file"; filename=""test".txt" Instead of expected Content-Disposition: form-data; name="file"; filename="\"test\".txt" So... how would you suggest to deal with this issue?

  From the documentation: os.path.realpath(path) Return the canonical path of the specified filename, eliminating any symbolic links encountered in the path (if they are supported by the operating system). When I invoke this with an extant file's name, I get the path to it: /home/myhome/myproject. When I invoke this with a 'nonsense.xxx' string argument, I still get a path to /home/myhome/myproject/nonsense.xxx. This is a little inconsistent because it looks like nonsense.xxx is taken to be a directory not a file (though it is neither: it does not exist). When I invoke this with a null string file name, I still get a path to /home/myhome/myproject. How can I account for this behaviour when the documentation says so little about realpath()? (I am using Python 2.5.) Edit: Somebody suggested a way to test if files exist. My concern is not to test if files exist. My concern is to account for behaviour.

• Why does C# exit when calling the Ada elaboration routine using debug?

  I have a DLL created in Ada using GPS. I am dynamically loading it and calling it successfully both from Ada and from C++. But when I try to call it from C#, the program exits on the call to Elaboration init. What am I missing? The exact same DLL is perfectly happy getting called from C++ and Ada. Edit: If I start the program without Debugging, it also works with C#. But if I run it with the Debugger, then it exits on the call to ElaborationInit. There are no indications in any of the Windows event logs.   Hi, just a simple question here. I've used Moq for awhile but, as of yet, have only used it for stubbing and not for mocking. I am trying to introduce our developers to unit testing. I set up a simple example to explain the concepts but i can't seem to get it working.   So I have a custom route as such: routes.MapRoute( "Wizard", // Route name "Wizard/{page}", // URL with parameters new { controller = "Wizard", action = "Index" } // Parameter defaults ); and have the following on my View: <% Html.BeginForm("Continue", "Wizard"); %> <input type="submit" value="Continue" name="Continue" /> <% Html.EndForm(); %> In which I want to call this function: [AcceptVerbs(HttpVerbs.Post)] public ActionResult Continue(string Number, string Rev) { (...) } but in turn when that button is pressed always calls the postback Index rather than the one I want. If I remove the custom route, it calls my function, but what I want to be displayed in the address bar is: localhost:xxxx/Wizard/1 where the number at the end is the page (div shown) of the wizard either 1, 2, 3, or 4. So is there something I'm missing or can it not be done? Thanks.

  Hi All, i am getting a weird problem. i am using OLEDB for excel connection with connection string = Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=c:\Execute.xls;Extended Properties=Excel 8.0;"); excel file contains columns with string/integer values. the problem is that sometimes connection read values from sheet absolutly fine but sometimes it missed out some data values and shows them as System.DBNull. the behavior is very inconsistent. please help.
