  • ASP.NET web application can't find an assembly

    I deployed an ASP.NET web application last night and I when I woke up this morning it was very slow and would occasionally just throw a 'Service Unavailable' error. I checked the Event Viewer and it was filled up with these errors: I'm puzzled as it was working perfectly when I deployed it (MonoTorrent is required to retrieve the number of seeders/leechers for a certain torrent off the tracker - this was working fine), but it's no longer working and whenever code that uses MonoTorrent gets involved, the worker process just crashes. MonoTorrent.dll is in the /bin/ directory.

    Do you know a web service that's able let's say get a full list of cities in the world with names, short names like PAR for Paris and time zones? Or at least query by city name: Paris - timezone=+02:00, abbrev=PAR Also, what I see here: http://www.earthtools.org/webservices.htm#timezone offset The number of hours offset from UTC disregarding any correction for daylight saving time. That's not a desired result. Of course we need this correction!

  • Fitting an Image to Screen on Rotation iPhone / iPad ?

    I have been playing around with one of the iPhone examples from Apple' web site (ScrollViewSuite) . I am trying to tweak it a bit so that when I rotate the the iPad the image will fit into the screen in landscape mode vertical. I have been successful in getting the image to rotate, but the image is larger than the height of the landscape screen, so the bottom is below the screen. I would like to image to scale to the height of the landscape screen. I have been playing around with various autoSizingMask attributes without success. The imageView is called "zoomView" this is the actual image which loads into a scrollView called imageScrollView.     I have a class that I am unit testing into with dUnit It has a number of methods some public Methods & Private Methods type TAuth = class(TDataModule) private procedure PrivateMethod; public procedure PublicMethod; end; In order to write a unit test for this class I have to make all the methods public. Is there a differt way to declare the PrivateMethods so that I can still unit test them but they are not Public ?

  • UISegmentedControl makes UITableView slow/lag?

    So I have a nicely working UITableView consisting of 3 rows (each including and image, and a varying number of text fields). Now the 4th row has a UISegmentedControl. As soon as I added it, the UITableView lags/jumps/skips. When I take it away again, everything is smooth. How can I add the UISegmentedControl and still have smooth scrolling?

  • How do you Send More that 20 Parameters to a Stored Procedure Using ODP.Net?

    Switching from Microsofts Oracle Driver to ODP.NET version 10.2.0.100. After changing the data types to OracleDBTypes in a procedure, that worked perficetly using System.Data.OracleClient, the procedure fails if we try and pass in more that 20 parameters. The error returned is: ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'ADD_TARP_EVENT' ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: Statement ignorede If we reduce the number of parameters to less than 20 it works. Is this a known issue? Since 30 years ago on the Superboard, TRS-80, Apple II, I haven't seen a system with one's complement. Are there popular systems that use one's complement still, or do we have some cell phone or mobile device that uses one's complement?

The typical source string is look like: =3+7*A1-B3*AB28 I need to get collection of all cells in the string: A1, B3, AB28 I tried to use Regex.Matches method with the following regular expression: @"[A..Z]+?[1..9]+?", but it doesn't work. Can anybody help me to write the regular expression?

In this link I need a way to set a unique value (for example bookingId) that I can use to add the receipt number to the correct booking via PayPal's payment notification feature.
