  • How to use a Proxy with Youtube API? (Python)

    Hi, I'm working a script that will upload videos to YouTube with different accounts. Is there a way to use HTTPS or SOCKS proxies to filter all the requests. My client doesn't want to leave any footprints for Google. The only way I found was to set the proxy environment variable beforehand but this seems cumbersome. Is there some way I'm missing? Thanks :)

    When writing web apps in Python, it brain dead easy to run a development server. Django and Google App Engine both ship with simple servers. The main feature I'm looking for is no configuration. I want something like the GAE dev server where you just pass the directory of the app as a parameter when the server is started. Is there a reason that this is more difficult with PHP?

  • Scala unsatisfiable cyclic dependency in "table-layout" library (Toolkit class)

    When I try to compile with sbt some code containing an instance of a Table from this library I get this error: java.lang.AssertionError: assertion failed: unsatisfiable cyclic dependency in 'class Toolkit' It seems to work with Java so I don't understand why it fails in Scala. Here is the toolkit class: http://code.google.com/p/table-layout/source/browse/branches/v1/tablelayout/src/com/esotericsoftware/tablelayout/Toolkit.java As long as I get this error I'm totally stopped in my project :(.

This is my first time actually using stored procedures and I got my sources from Google. I just cant figure out what I am doing wrong.

I am wondering if there is local version control/snapshots for emacs independent of VC? let me clarify: every time I save buffer, I would like to be able to keep track of changes of each save in session. However because of the service it's possible that the app could be be in a unknown state. Is there a way to make the top level activity, whatever that may be, recreate itself from an asynchtask in a service.
