  • Monotouch Augmented Reality

    - by cvista
    Hi I'm trying to use the code posted here: http://seanho.posterous.com/monotouch-first-attempt-arkit-c-version however - when i try to overlay it on a camera - it seems to behave really strangely. I'm guess that it's because the camera view only does portrait? Has anyone succesfully used this? Or maybe know's how to get this working? Cheers w://

  • Can I get memory usage of processes running on the monitored server by newrelic REST API

    - by youlin
    according to the newrelic faq https://docs.newrelic.com/docs/server/server-monitor-faq, The Server Monitoring agent can report Top 20 processes that are using significant memory or I/O and I can view the memory usage of the processes on the newrelic portal page. However, I do not find any clue about how to get this metrics by newrelic REST API (I can get the CPU usage of processes by REST API). Is it possible to do this?

  • iPhone rotation on demand

    - by yosh
    Is there a way to manually check current position of device AND ask device to automatically rotate it without waiting for user to actually rotate the device? Currently I control the rotation with several IFs in -shouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation but in few situations I have to stop the view from rotating and enable it again and I don't want user to rotate the device twice to have the desired orientation.

  • What font and size is used in Windows 7 File Explorer Tree

    - by Stefan Koell
    I am having a hard time to find out which font is used by the Win 7 File Explorer in the tree view on the left hand side. Better, of course, would be if I can programmatically find out which the right font is (C#). I searched the Windows 7 design guidelines but this particular scenario is not listed (at least I couldn't find it). So anyone good with fonts?

  • Is it ok to reference .Net assemblies liberally?

    - by panamack
    I'm building a WPF application and working with the MVVM pattern. I have 4 projects in my solution, 3 class libraries, Data, Model and ViewModel and the WPF executable View. Is there anything wrong with the Model referencing WindowsBase so that I can use ObservableCollection<T> for example or can I just make use of what I intuitively feel I need without worrying about the original purposes of the class in the framework e.g. collection databinding.

  • Default Sorting in DynamicData

    - by Jens A.
    I am using DynamicData in the version that shipped with VS2008. In the default List view, the data is sorted by order of entry into the database. I'd like to get it sorted by a field of a specific name (descending). As a last resort I tried to use the OrderByParameter of the LinqDataSource with a QueryStringParameter, but I could not get it to sort anything. =) Is there an easy way to accomplish this?

  • drupal taxonomy

    - by slimcady
    I have several different content type nodes (videos, image galleries, stories...) that I would like to categorize and create a top-level page that aggregates these nodes. So for example, the top-level page would have teaser thumbnails very similar to the front page view but of course filtered for that topic (like for instance automobiles, and motorcycles would have its own page, etc...). What is the best way to accomplish this? Taxonomy? Views?

  • AngularJS databinding

    - by user3652865
    How can I add multiple values to one object in an Array. I am having Environment and Cluster, I am able to assign multiple clusters to one environment. Now I want to add application name to this environment and cluster pair. I am having page called "Add Application". Here I am using select menu to for environment and Cluster. My first question is, when I select environment then want to show only those clusters which are assigned to that environment name. And assign application name to that pair. Also should be able to edit the Application field. I am using environmentServices and clusterServices to store updated data. link of JSFiddle: http://jsfiddle.net/avinashMaddy/J2KLK/5/ Please if someone can help me in this. Below is my code: <div class="maincontent" ng-controller="manageApplicationController"> <div class="article"> <form> <section> <!-- Environment --> <div class="col-md-4"> <label>Environment:</label> <select ng-model="newApp.selectedEnvironment" class="form-control" ng-options="environment.name for environment in environments"> <option value='' disabled style='display:none;'> Select Environment </option> </select> <span> <select ng-switch-when="true" disabled ng-model="newApp.selectedEnvironment" class="form-control" ng-options="environment.name for environment in environments"> <option value='' disabled style='display:none;'> Select Environment </option> </select> </span> </div> <!-- Cluster --> <div class="col-md-4"> <label>Cluster:</label> <span ng-switch on="newApp.showCancel"> <select ng-switch-default ng-model="newApp.selectedCluster" class="form-control" ng-options="cluster for cluster in clusters"> <option value='' disabled style='display:none;'> Select Environment </option> </select> <select ng-switch-when="true" disabled ng-model="newApp.selectedCluster" class="form-control" ng-options="cluster for cluster in clusters"> <option value='' disabled style='display:none;'> Select Environment </option> </select> </span> </div> <!-- Application Name --> <div class="col-md-4"> <label>Application Name:</label> <input type="text" class="form-control" name="applicationName" placeholder="Application" ng-model="app.name" required> <br/> <input type="hidden" ng-model="app.id" /> </div> </section> <!-- submit button --> <section class="col-md-12"> <button type="button" class="btn btn-default pull-right" ng-click="saveNewApplicatons()">Save</button> </section> </form> </div> <!-- table --> <div class="article"> <table class="table table-bordered table-striped"> <tr> <th colspan="6"> <div class="pull-left">Cluster Info</div> </th> </tr> <tr> <th>Environment</th> <th>Cluster</th> <th>Application</th> <th>Edit</th> <th>Header Ifo</th> </tr> <tr ng-repeat="app in applications"> <td>{{app.environment}}</td> <td>{{app.cluster}}</td> <td>{{app.name}}</td> <td> <a href="" ng-click="edit(app.id)" title="Edit">edit</span></a> | <a href="" ng-click="remove(app.id)" title="Delete">delete</a> </td> <td> <!-- Add template --> <script type="text/ng-template" id="addHederInfo.html"> <div class="modal-header"> <h3>Add Header Info</h3> </div> <div class="modal-body"> <input type="text" class="form-control" name="eName" placeholder="Header Key" ng-model="$parent.header.key"> <br/> <input type="text" class="form-control" name="eName" placeholder="Header Value" ng-model="$parent.header.value"> <br /> <input type="hidden" ng-model="header.id" /> <section> <div class="pull-right"> <button class="btn btn-primary" ng-click="saveHeader()">Add</button> <button class="btn btn-warning" ng-click="cancel()">Close</button> </div> </section> </div> <div class="modal-footer"> <h3>Existing Header Info for </h3> <table class="table table-bordered table-striped"> <tr> <th>Header Key</th> <th>Header Vlaue</th> </tr> <tr ng-repeat="header in headers"> <td>{{header.key}}</td> <td>{{header.value}}</td> </tr> </table> </div> </script> <!-- /Add template --> <script type="text/ng-template" id="editHederInfo.html"> <div class="modal-header"> <h3>Edit Header Info</h3> </div> <div class="modal-body"> <input type="text" class="form-control" name="eName" placeholder="Header Key" ng-model="$parent.header.key"> <br/> <input type="text" class="form-control" name="eName" placeholder="Header Value" ng-model="$parent.header.value"> <br /> <input type="hidden" ng-model="header.id" /> <section> <div class="pull-right"> <button class="btn btn-primary" ng-click="saveHeader()">Update</button> <button class="btn btn-warning" ng-click="cancel()">Close</button> </div> </section> </div> <div class="modal-footer"> <h3>Existing Header Info for</h3> <table class="table table-bordered table-striped"> <tr> <th>Header Key</th> <th>Header Vlaue</th> <th>Edit</th> </tr> <tr ng-repeat="header in headers"> <td>{{header.key}}</td> <td>{{header.value}}</td> <td> <a href="" ng-click="editHeader(header.id)" title="Edit"><span class="glyphicon glyphicon-edit" ></span></a> | <a href="" ng-click="removeHeader(header.id)" title="Edit"><span class="glyphicon glyphicon-trash"></span></a> </td> </tr> </table> </div> </script> <!-- Add template --> <!-- /Add template --> <a href="" ng-click="addInfo()">Add</a> | <a href="" ng-click="editInfo()">Edit</a> </td> </tr> </table> </div> </div> Controller.js: var apsApp = angular.module('apsApp', []);   • How do I keep my app from tracking bot requests as views

    - by trustfundbaby
    This is a general question about writing web apps. I have an application that counts page views of articles as well as a url shortner script that I've installed for a client of mine. The problem is that, whenever bots hit the site, they tend to inflate the page views. Does anyone have an idea on how to go about eliminating bot views from the view count of these applications?

  • How can I pick multiple images from the built-in picker Intent?

    - by dguardi
    Is it possible to reuse the picker Intent to select multiple pictures instead of one? I haven't found a way and I'm trying to reproduce it with a grid view but my alignment is very poor and my performance is not quite as good as the picker. Intent photoPickerIntent = new Intent(Intent.ACTION_PICK); photoPickerIntent.setType("image/*"); startActivityForResult(photoPickerIntent, REQ_PICKER);

    - by ciaron
    I'm just discovering Drools with Seam, and I would like to call my PersistentPermissionResolver directly from the Drools code. Do you know if there is a way to achieve that and is that a good idea? I would also like to call the hasPermission method from my xxx.page.xml as follows: <restrict>#{s:hasPermission('menu_32', 'view')}</restrict>

    Hi everyone, this is my question: I'm migrating data from a Btrieve file (.dat) through Pervasive Control Center and there is field type which is defined as integer but is a date and for example the date '31/12/2009' (seen in the legacy system) is view it as the number 733772 when I export it. The legacy system shows the date correctly but I can't export it in the same format or at least I can't convert it. Does anybody know how to convert this number through Excel or something?

    - by Tyler
    Hello - I am utilizing a version of the "Grid View" example from the Android Developers site: http://developer.android.com/resources/tutorials/views/hello-gridview.html And I would like to display a small text caption below each of the images. Can someone please give an example of how this might be accomplished (i.e. what needs to be edited)? Thanks!
