• Wordpress sidebar border

  Hi, i would like to add an image that acts like a border after every list in the sidebar. I knew it has something to do with this #sidebar h2 { border-bottom: 1px solid #d6d6d6; } since i tried that code and a border appeared. But what i wanted is a picture, i could do that with in the posts with: .TitleBorder { background: url(images/border.png) repeat-x; height: 3px; width: 615px; } and <div class="TitleBorder"></div> but in sidebar, i can't do that. Any help?

• Need complete picture of virtual adress space

  Hello, This image gives a good picture about Virtual Adress space. But it only says half of the story. It only gives complete picture of User Adress space ie.. lower 50% (or 75% in some cases). What about the rest 50% (or 25%) which is occupied by the kernel. I know kernel also has so many different things like kernel modules , device drivers, core kernel itself. There must be some kind of layout right? What is its layout? If you say its Operating System dependent. I would say, there are two major operating systems Windows & Linux. Please give answer for any one these.

• How to make a div expand vertically to wrpa the content within it?

  I have a div which wraps a number of images that are generated dynamically. I don't know how high the list of images is. My problem is the div that contains the dynamically generated images doesn't behave like it is housing any content - I want it to extend to the height of the list of images. Each image is itself wrapped in a div. This is the wrapper div: .block { padding:10px; margin-top:10px; height:auto; background-color:#f9f9f9; } This is the markup dynamically generated for (one of) the images: <div class="block"> <div style="float: left; padding: 2px 2px 2px 2px;"><IMG SRC="45.jpg" BORDER="0"/></div> ..... • Why the toolbar button icon is grey at runtime?

  I"m setting the icon of a toolbar button (using Infragistics component library for the toolbar), The problem is that on design time the icon is showing normally. But at runtime the icon become greyed, though the drawing of the icon is still apparent, but its colors are all lost and the shape of the icon image is grey. So i'm wondering if it's colour related bug, or I need to tweek something in VS, or it is a bug in the library i'm using i.e. Infragistics. So anyone faced that problem before and fixed it?

• jQuery pagination go to page on input value change

  I'm creating some pagination for my website, and want to use an input-element to navigate between pages. Like the following example: The input would require the "return" key to be hit for the script to trigger. If the value entered is not within range and alert would trigger. e.g. If there was 32 pages, "Please enter a value between 1 and 32" Can this be done using jQuery or javascript, by detecting the value change within the range of pages and redirecting to that page? • Lightweight open source CMS - current situation

  Hello, It happened that I need to pick up PHP based open source CMS. I did a small research and found many candidates. CMS made simple seems to be right choice, but I am not sure what's the current state, I know it was widely used time ago. I need it to be fully compliant with web standarts, lightweight (especially interface). It needs to be as simple as possible - basically just style and page content editing (news, maybe some image gallery) is enough. Sure content and style have to be separated from each other since content will be edited by non-programmer. One of the main goals is SEO so I'd like it to have friendly URLs. I think CMSes like Joomla, Drupal and Wordpress are too big for this project. Are there any recommendations ?

• Not enough storage is available to complete this operation - Program or Storage memory?

  I've been given a Windows Mobile app written in .Net CF 3.5 to fix, and one of the problems is to do with storage. The message 'Not enough storage is available to complete this operation' has appeared a few times - it's logged in the SQL CE database, and always happens during data access (but not the same bit of data access). The thing I'm slightly confused about is whether this refers to Program Memory (e.g. RAM) or Storage Memory (e..g permanent storage). It would appear to be storage memory, but the devices seem to have plenty free. While there are some OutOfMemoryExceptions, these appear totally unrelated to this problem (in that that happen at a different time due to an image-related issue). We're using SQL CE 3.5 with a single connection, which is stored along with the app on the device (as opposed to the storage card). The device is a Motorola MC75 running Windows Mobile 6.1. Any thoughts?

Currently I am receiving an "undeclared" error in touchesMoved where I set the new location for theImageView. I'm at the part of creating a sprite, assigning it an image and then rendering.   Hi, I am using facebook's sharer.php to post to facebook from my application. My application is hosted at //[my_domain]/[some_param]/index I am setting the title, description and the image url to be displayed on facebook in the meta tags of the page found at the above mentioned url. when i share the link facebook generates the following message to share: [some_img] [some_title] http://[my_domain]/[some_param]/index [some_message] What i need to do is either hide or change this url "http://[my_domain]/[some_param]/index" that is shown by default, since i do not want the users to see this. Instead i am passing the desired url that i want the users to see in So is there some way of doing this?

  Before you say "oh no, not again" here I'm stating my case. I'm parsing part of HTML output and the only thing I'm interested in is name and value attributes of each <input/ tag. HTML is actually HTML fragment, may not be well-formed. I don't have DOM or HTML parser and I don't try to parse nested elements anyway. The problem is that I don't know the order or number of attributes so it could be <input name="foo" value="boo"/> or <input type="hidden" name=foo> or <input id=blah value='boo' src="image.png" name="foo" type="img"/>. Is there a single regular expression that would get me values of name and value attribute in predictable order? I wouldn't have asked the question if I could assume that name attribute always precedes value but unfortunately this is not the case

  I have a set of jpeg images where eacg image has an associated description. e.g. im1.jpg - suspect enters bank im7.jpg - suspect hands teller a note imj41.jpg - teller gives suspect a bag ... ... It's trivial to view these images individually and see the description but how do I play this as a movie? I need to play the images and when I encounter one with a description, display the description in a status pane. Do I need to convert the images into a movie, if so how? How do I get the player to notify me when the description frame is encountered? I'm using Windows. language doesn't matter, I just need the concept right now.

  I'm trying to essentially get something like this where I can see clear ripples at the base but otherwise it's like a Gaussian: This is kind of unsatisfactory because the ripples aren't very noticeable, it has a very gritty quality that obscures the image a bit, and if you move the graph so that it's just in 2D (so it looks like a circle) I'm not even sure if it's quite like how it should be (the concentric circles seem to be more evenly spaced in the real thing).   I am implementing expandable list view with its custom adapter. The group element needs to have 2 buttons, first as a parent group element and a button below it. My problem is, I want to expand the list view on click of the button below instead of the group element. Also, The group element onClick needs to call another activity. I can disable the expanding of the expandablelistview by `mainExpListView.setOnGroupClickListener(new OnGroupClickListener() { @Override public boolean onGroupClick(ExpandableListView parent, View v, int groupPosition, long id) { return false; }` So my questions: Is there any way to disable the group element and get it to perform other functions (Like navigate to another activity?) • .resx file data inaccessible in Visual C#

  What I'm trying to do: include some files along with the executable to extract them later. I have two projects, both with a Resource1.resx file (and some resources included from disk). In one project, I can use File.WriteAllBytes(path, Resource1.Image); to dump the resource to disk. In another, Resource1 is does not exist. I've done this before but all I can find is information about localizations (?) when I search MSDN for how to work with Resources.

• Put Raphael (SVG) canvas behind other divisions to make them clickable?

  I am using Raphael to create lines between divisions in an organization chart (or flow chart), but I need to be able to actually click on the divisions and content behind it. If I could make the canvas be behind the other elements, kind of like a background image, that would be idea. Is this possible? UPDATE: I found a solution. Raphael makes an SVG canvas that is absolutely positioned in my case. Absolute positions act as layers, and so to be on top of that layer, my content had to be absolutely positioned as well. If someone else has a better solution, I would be happy to hear it, though this is working fine.

  I have a lot of websites which are using the same CMS, and they are hosted in 3 seperated servers, only one of this servers has a problem with retrieving the title, description, and the image of any url, and in the FaceBook debugger I get this error: Could not retrieve data from URL. From previous questions, I read that the reason may be an HTML error, but as I said before on other servers there is no problem using the same CMS. You can try putting this URL for example in the debugger: http://www.shaharah.net/2010/news-10054.htm Also, other websites on the same server which are using another CMS, or is just HTML pages are also not retrieved. • android localization: Is it a good practice to have only needed resource to put in localized folder?

  Hi, My application has 4 languages in it. However only one module needs to be localized out of 5, This module has 4 layout files and some images, remaining files can be there in default layout folder and drawable folders. My question is : is it good practice to put only needed files in localization folders, if I leave other files in its respective folders and don't copy them in translation folders, does my application throw NullPointerException when my application runs in other language? and Does android market have any size limit? (Also being a BB developer,AFAIK they do not allow OTA, if the application size grows more than 3 mb) [In case i need to copy the layout and image files]. Note about NullPointerException : it throws in string if you omit some string in localization and application runs in that particular locale. Thanks

She wants to create one big image for each of these emails and I'm trying to steer her towards using the traditional header-content-footer method so the text within the content will be viewable when images are blocked. • iPhone Application and programming Updates

  Hi When a user logs into my iPhone App. I store their userID and relevant information in [NSUserDefaults standardUserDefaults]. This way they are not required to log in each time they access my application. When my application is live in the app store and I make updates to the code will this information be lost - will they then be required to log in? If so how do I go about preserving this information when I make updates? And while I can't image this happening but should a user choose to delete my application after they have installed it - how would I know that they have deleted it? I am using the push notifications and would like to flag the user as not being active so that I don't keep pushing out notifications to them. Thanks Very Much Cheryl
