  • DataGridCheckBoxColumn immediate binding

    Hi. I'm using the WPF Toolkit Datagrid and have one column which is a DataGridCheckBoxColumn bound to a bool property on my ViewModel. My problem is that I wan't the property to get it's value updated immediately when the user checks or unchecks the checkbox. Now you have to navigate away from the cell in order to have the property updated. It's a checkbox. It can't be in the middle of editing like a textbox can... Any help would be appreciated. /J

  • Joomla execute script when timeout?

    My question may be a noob one but: I want to execute a php script when a user timeout. The only way I found to do so is to make the server execute a script every second or minute for instance, get the last activity of every user and execute a script when the last activity is older than (now() - timeout). is this the appropriate solution? Is this will slow the website significantly? Many thanks in advance!

  • How to execute a large PHP Script ?

    Well basically I may want to execute a script that may take as much as 1 hours as well. What I really want to do is Send SMS to my users using a third party API. So its basically like I supply my script with an array of phone numbers and fire the method to send SMS. However assuming it take 5 seconds to send 1 SMS and I want to send 1000 SMS which is roughly 1 - 2 hours. I can use set_time_limit() because I am on shared host. One way to do this is store numbers in a session and execute each SMS and use javascript to refresh that page until end. This way I need to keep my browser open and the execution will stop if my Internet Connection is disconnected. So, Is there any better way to do this ? Hope I am clear enough to explain what I want? I want to execute a large script that may take hours to execute without getting timeout.

    Hi everyone, I've playing around with linux and noticed that for some mysterious reason commands like '/bin/sh ' just will not work. Each time I'm trying to start a process it yields 'cannot execute binary file' error message. m@sanctuary:~$ sh sed /bin/sed: /bin/sed: cannot execute binary file When I first launch sh and try to execute sed, it succeeds. I'm starting to loose my wits. It would be just great, if somebody could help me. Thank you.

  • Adding a javascript immediate after body tag

    I am making a drupal module. My requirement in the module is that when the module is activated then it needs to add a javascript in page.tpl file just after the body tag. Can anyone help me how to do this. I have tried using drupal_add_js but it will not exactly put the script after body tag, rather puts inside the head or below in footer. I also tried using template variable and preprocess method but the problem is the preprocess method replaces the old value of that variable with the new one. Is there a way how i can implement this in.

    In my application I have a tab control which has several tab items. The problem is that I want to apply a style to these tab items, but to no other (nested) tab items. I have tried setting the following style on the tab control, but this also effects all children: <Style x:Key="tabControlStyle" TargetType="{x:Type TabControl}"> <Setter Property="TabItem.Template" Value="{StaticResource tabItemTemplate}" /> </Style> By using the code above I get the following error: 'TabItem' ControlTemplate TargetType does not match templated type 'TabControl', as TabItem and TabControl have the same DependencyProperty "Template", and the code tries to set the TabItemTemplate as TabControl- Template. Can anybody help me?

  • Unable to execute gs program: No such file or directory

    I've setup CUPS + Avahi on my NAS box in order to enable AirPrint with my existing network printer. Printing a test page via CUPS and printing us lp works fine, and I am able to see my printer on the printer list on my iOS device. However when sending a print job from my iOS device the printer status is set to paused and doesnt print anything. When checking the error_logs I have found this line which I believe is causing the error.     I have a link that jQuery listens to, and if clicked it will toggle another div. The link also has an onclick javascript action. When I click the link, the div I want to toggle shows, but the javascript doesn't execute. Is it possible to get the javascript to execute AND have jQuery toggle the div?     Hi all, I need a script that will chown/chmod some files. This script need to be executable by any user. The problem is that those files are owned by different users, so it needs to be executed as root. I tried the SUID so that any users with X permission can execute the script as root, but seems that it doesn't work with a bash script because of security issue. How can I do that ? thanks.

    Hi all, I have a program that crashes when I execute it with System.Diagnostics.Process.Start in C#, but works fine if I execute a shortcut or batch file that runs the exe. Are there any alternative means of executing programs in C#, or any reasons why Process.Start might not work compared to the shortcut or batch file? I'd rather not have to generate a batch or shortcut file to run the application. Thanks
