  Hi, I want to write a buil.xml file that should open a new terminal for every client/server i want to use for testings. How can i do that? i tried this code to run for example the 'ls' command on the newly created terminal. He created the terminal but doesn't run the cmd. thanks.

• Watching a directory using FileSystemWatcher

  Hello I'm watching a directory using FileSystemWatcher. When a file is created into that directory - my watcher grabs and transfers it to the network drive. My problem is that when a Microsoft-office file is opened, a temporary file is created in the watched directory. I can't find a way to ignore these files and also could not find when I should move these file to the network drive.

  I read On most operating systems, the addresses in memory starts from highest to lowest. So I am wondering if the heap, stack, and global memory all fall under the same ordering..? If I created... pointerType* pointer = new pointerType //creates memory address 0xffffff And then created a local varible on the stack localObject object would localObjects address be 0xfffffe Or is heap and stack ordering completely different.

  I'm trying to import existing Cake 1.2 projects into PHP Eclipse (latest all-in-one download on Galileo build) - I don't think I understand Eclipse properly: 1) I have created Workspace on my web root C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs 2) I have created new Project C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\EclipseCake ... how do I import my existing cake project into my new project (EclipseCake) ? I tried Configure Include Path - Project - Add ... but no file browser appears. I'm obviously misunderstanding this.

  Hi, I created a custom yaml handler, myRunnerConfigHandler, and placed it under apps/frontend/lib/myRunnerConfigHandler.class.php and created a new config_handler and placed it under apps/frontend/config/config_handler.yml Now, under config_handler.yml,I placed my configuration for my new rundown: modules/*/config/rundown.yml: class: myRundownConfigHandler Basically, under each module, I want to have a yaml file under /apps/frontend/modules/home/config/rundown.yml However no rundown.yml files are being seen.   I have an installer wizard thing called 'install creator'. I want to include my mySQL database into the installer or find another way that the user, upon installation, can just use my database. Prob is-not everyone has MySQL installed on the computer and even then, the user doesn't know the name of the database or my password. Somehow the database must be created automatically upon install, and for my purposes, some of the tables created. How can one do this. Thanks

Also when i do the \dS+ tablename it says table not found, but \dt+ tablename is working fine.   So I am making a small site using cakephp, and my ACL is set up so that every time a piece of content is created, an ACL rule is created to link the owner of the piece of content to the actual content. This allows each owner to edit/delete their own content. This method just seems so inefficient, because there is an equivalent amount of ACL rules as content in the database. I was curious, how do big sites, with millions of pieces of content, solve this problem?

  Hi, I have created a custom TitleWindow whcih i use as a popup. The contents of the popup are created dynamically depending on a selection a user makes from a datagrid. My problem is, my datagrid is in another custom component whcih is toward the bottom of my page so when a user clicks one of the items the popup is displayed however with half of it out of sight at the bottom of the page. Is there a way to position a popup so that it displays at the top of the page?

  Is there a tool which could be used to analyse the objects being created between two separate garbage collection run (= number of objects created and their type) ? Heapdumps dont really work here as they perform a GC when they're invoked (or at least that's what I observed everytime so far), and I want to see which objects are collected by the GC, not which objects are left after the GC run, if that makes sense. ...or is it possible somehow to inspect the nature and size of objects being collected by the garbage collector ?

When I bind my project to perforce(File - Source Control - Change Source Control - Bind), Visual Studio complain like "~.vspscc File is not under source control". Therefore, if javaScript is enabled, the variable will be created and the PHP statements will be run, but if javaScript is not enabled, the variable will never be created and the PHP statements will not run. • Passing around a SqlConnection

  I have created a TransactionScope and within the scope various items are created and updated in the database. During this process I make a lot of calls to the database. Originally I opened a SqlConnection in the beginning of the TransactionScope and passed it around to any function that made a DB call then I closed the connection after all the calls are made and before the transaction commits. Is it better to do this or to open and close a connection for each call?
