• Google Analytics - Traffic Source - Search engine - (Not Provided)

  I am using Google Analytics, now here when I go to "Traffic Source Overview" under that it shows Keyword as "(Not provided)" which is almost 40% of my traffic source. Now more than 90% of search engine traffic is from Google and still out of that for more than 40% of keywords are "(Not provided)". Can anyone explain me what is going wrong here or how can I get that data? Because that comes as 1st option and is biggest keyword in the list. Will that be some crawler or secure google search?

• Would it be possible to build a client portal on Squarespace6?

  I'm helping a family member set up a site which will need to include a secure client portal, providing access to documents and a simple database. I have been encouraging them to go with a more established, open source CSM like drupal or joomla, whose capability in this area is evident. However, they have a strong preference for Squarespace. Does any one know if it would be possible to accomplish this with the new developer platform for squarespace 6? I've spent well over an hour searching google, the squarespace site and stackexchange, but can't seem to find any clear answer to this question. I'm grateful for any insight you all can provide.

• Grub errors dual boot Windows 8 / Ubuntu 12.10

  I have got a newly bought ASUS N56V with Windows 8 preinstalled. I needed to install Ubuntu so i partitioned the disk and after having disabled the Secure Boot option from Windows 8 i successfully installed Ubuntu 12.10 from a Live USB. The problem is that if i try to access both to Windows 8 (loader) and Windows Recovery System (loader) from the grub menu, these tow errors show: "can't find command 'drivemap' " and "invalid EFI file path" and it goes back to the grub menu. In conclusion I do not have access to my Windows 8 partition but can only use Ubuntu. How can I solve the problem? I am pretty new to the matter. Thank you!

In fact, in the current technology spectrum you cannot achieve anything other than laughable security at message level without involving a plugin or some sort of thick code like Java.   I saw this bit of code on an old forum post: SSLRequire %{HTTP_HOST} =~ m"\.secure\.powweb\.com" And I was just wondering what the =~ and m" ... " meant. I've been searching online and in the Apache documentation for any mention of the equal-sign tilde operator, but I've found no mention of it. I know that some directives can take a tilde to use a regular expression, but I've never seen the m" ... " form used before. What exactly is that m" ... " for? Where else would you see this form?

  So I'm reading up on ASP.NET with VB.NET and I want to start making my own, professionally built website using ASP. I'm wondering though; I'm still using the basics so I'm really just a novice, but how much should I rely on Visual Studio to create my elements? Should I make my own text boxes and have my own login routine, or should I just use ASP's login features? I know eventually you have to use your own classes and such which is where the real coding comes in, but I'm not sure how relaible, flexible and secure the pre-wrote elements are? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

• Take Camera Phone Macro Photos with a Cheap Laser Pointer Lens

  Inside those cheap laser pointers you see in the grocery store checkout line there’s a handy little plastic lens that, when slapped on your phone’s camera, makes it easy to take macro photographs. In this tutorial, they take the lens from a laser point and secure it using tape and a bobby pin. • Ubuntu will not load up from my USB

  I have a Sony Vaio Duo 13 and I am trying to get Ubuntu 13.10 to run on a partition on my Ultrabook but it will not load up from the USB drive. It goes to the black screen that asks if you just want to Try Ubuntu or if you want to Install it. I click just to try and it will not load. It acts like it is going to start up but then it just goes to a blank black screen and then I have to a hard restart. It does that when I click install as well. And I have tried disabling the Secure Install on my computer as well and nothing happens! What do I do?!?

• Time it would take me to learn c++ given my speed? [closed]

  I am a student in second year of engineering and my life is hard, nowadays. To make my future secure and at least get good jobs, I have started learning C++; I have learned J2SE, ASP.NET (little, basic C#), PHP (little), HTML, CSS, AJAX, Javascript, SQL, a little android development (I have built a benchmark app) in 4 months and have received 1 gold medal in CSS and 1 each in HTML, CSS, Java. I am able to make things in C#, Java and all other, so I can apply all this knowledge. I was able to do all this, because I loved learning and I hate to ask this question. How much time would it take me to learn C++, good-enough to get good jobs at Google, Microsoft? I am currently learning data structures, so that's excluded.

  I want to buy a new PC to be used as a media server that streams HD movies, music to any wireless device on my network (laptop, desktop, TV, etc.). I was wondering about the PC hardware's specifications that I need to have so that it can work just fine? (It will be wireless) Is there any tutorial showing how it could be done? And the security - how can I secure it? As well as I need it to to host my emails. I mean I have many emails.   I checked the post (Where can I find programming puzzles and challenges?) where there's a lot of programming challenges and such, but after checking several of them, they all seem to be about algorithms and mathematics. Is there a similar site for purely logic/functionality-based challenges? For example: - Retrieve data using a web service - Generate output X from a CSV file - Protect this code against SQL injection - Make this code more secure - What is wrong with this code (where the error is in logic, not syntax) - Make this loop more efficient Does a challenge site like that exist? Especially one that provides hints and/or correct solutions. That would be a very helpful learning site.

• GPG Workflow in 11.04

  At work we handle the transfer of small bits of sensitive data with GPG, usually posted on a secure internal website. Until Firefox 4 was released, we used FireGPG for inline decryption; however the IPC libraries that it relied upon were no longer present in FF4, making it unusable and it will no longer install in FF5. Currently I'm manually pasting the GPG blocks into a text file, then using the Nautilus context-menu plugin or the command line to decrypt the contents of the file. When we're handling large amount of these small files throughout the day this starts to become a real chore. I've looked around but can't seem to find much information on useful GPG clients in Ubuntu. A client that allowed me to paste in a GPG block and instantly decrypt it, and also paste in plaintext and easily encrypt it for multiple recipients would be ideal. So my question is does this exist? I can't seem to find anything about this with obvious searches on Google, so hopefully someone here can help, or offer an alternative workflow.
