    Hi all I wrote a control, and use a tool to do the code analysis. There is a test that I didn't pass. Avoid excessive locals, http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/ms182263(VS.90).aspx. In my CreateChildControls function, I built a big table with lots of field. I need to create a lot of TableRow and TableCell to construct the table. But these are not field or property of control. Thery are local variables in the function, which are created dynamically. Should I make these TableCells and TableRows as fields of the control? Or I just keep them as the local variables in the CreateChildControl function? Best Regards,

I recently updated vittualbox to 4.1.10 Ubuntu did not boot immediately, it did an entire system scan and took about 2 hrs to boot. Now it boots regularly but it does not find wireless internet connection, even connecting cable does not help. However internet works great in window xp.     I have a Silverlight control on page which has a upload control. the silverlight exposes some events such as StartUpload() = To start the file upload, StopUpload() = To stop the file upload if running, CheckFileStatus() = to check the status of the file upload. The page has aspx Submit button with onclientclick event and ocClick event. <asp:Button ID="btn_upload" Text="External Upload" runat="server" OnClientClick="Javascript:StartUpload();" OnClick="btn_upload_Click" /> When I click on the aspx Submit Button, the file selected in Silverlight control should be uploaded and after the completion of upload, the Server side event should get called. I tried for it but was not able to do so. Please help me out!....

    Hello, To start off, what I have is a simple Winforms app, with just a save and load button, and with a datagridview control to hold data. What I am looking to do is input some data into the control, hit the save button, and it save all the data to a file locally on the computer, and when I hit load, it loads the file and populates the control appropriately, keeping all rows, columns, and data the same as when saved. Although it sounds fairly simple to me, I cant seem to figure a good way to save and load the data. Can I get a few pointers or examples to get myself started? Thank you.
