  Hi all I have a main silverlight control named MainPage.xaml in an asp.net web site. I want to dynamically add and remove control at run time. So, I have created another control Top10.xaml and added to selected canvas area on MainPage.xaml as described on this page(Click Me): Now i need to modify Top10 visibility in MainPage.xaml dynamically when a button is clicked on MainPage.xaml using C# code in MainPage.xaml.cs. Currently, my script is following: grep -srhw "[[:alnum:]]*@[[:alnum:]]*" /etc It working OK - a see some of the emails, but when i modify it, to catch the one-or-more charactes before- and after the "@" sign ... grep -srhw "[[:alnum:]]+@[[:alnum:]]+" /etc .. it stops working at all Also, it does't catches emails of form "[email protected]" Help !

• In .NET, How do I separate xml from compiled resource file?

  We have a customer that would like to modify application user messages that we store in .resx files. I'm thinking this can't be done since the xml file behind the .resx is embedded in a compiled dll. Am I correct? Or, is there a way keep the xml outside of the compiled dll? I realize this can easily be done by other means but I like the ease of the resx file--the classes/properties are created for you.

  I'm playing around with URL schemes in my app. I easily made one to open my app, just adding the necessary items to info.plist. This current URL "myappname://" takes the user to the initial view controller, FirstTableViewController, but I was wondering if it would be possible to modify that URL scheme so it I can have one that takes the user to a certain view controller, such as ThirdTableViewController. I would use this as a handy feature in something like Launch Center.

  I know that whenever you add/remove/modify any file in the "App_Code", "App_GlobalResources", and "bin" directories that ASP.NET will recompile and essentially restart the application. My question is : "What happens to any threads currently executing durring the change?" Do they finish? Is a Thread.Abort Exception thrown? What happens if the application itself makes a change in any of those directories?
