• MeshBuilder, assembly missing

  I'm trying to build a terrain starting from a heightmap. I've already some ideas about the procedure, but I can't even get started. I feel like I have to use a MeshBuider. The problem is that Visual Studio (I'm using the 2008 version) wants an assembly. Effectively on the MSDN there's a line specifying the assembly needed by the MeshBuilder, but I don't know how to import/load it. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance :)

• What format have project managers used for defining features/requirements? [on hold]

  At the company that I currently work at, Word documents are passed around which contain the features/requirements for the software we write, and those Word docs contain mock-ups (there aren't any use cases that I've seen). I'm just curious what project managers use at other companies. Do some skip making the requirements documents altogether and go straight for a ticket-tracker such as JIRA? How can I make upstart find these config files without having to execute something like gnome-session? • Help with Apache mod_rewrite rules

  I want to change some legacy URL's like this: /modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=600 to this: /news/story/600/ This is what I have tried: RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^name=News&file=([a-z_]+)&sid=([0-9]+) RewriteRule ^modules\.php /news/story/%2/ [R=301,L] However I still get 404's on the old URLs. I do have some other rewrite rules working, so I am pretty sure mod_rewrite is enabled and functioning. Any ideas? Thanks.

(i.e. I'm not asked the next question" and apc.ini file is not created at all. If I run only "pecl install apc" I get a warning (no permissions to write some files). thanks

• Rebuilt website from static html to CMS need to redirect indexed links

  I have rebuilt a website which was all created with static html pages, it has now been rebuilt using a CMS system. I need to find a way of redirecting all the existing links to there new corresponding pages which utilise friendly URL rewrites on the CMS based website I imagine there will be several hundred if not 1000s as i have pages and images linked from google.
