  • Parser Error Problem

    - by user177140
    Hi I have found a problem in Multilingual Asp.Net Web Application I have Created a Global.asax file and write the code private void Application_BeginRequest(Object source, EventArgs e) { string[] languages = HttpContext.Current.Request.UserLanguages; if (languages[0].ToLower() != null && languages[0].ToLower()!="") { System.Threading.Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentUICulture = new System.Globalization.CultureInfo(languages[0].ToLower()); System.Threading.Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture = System.Globalization.CultureInfo.CreateSpecificCulture(languages[0].ToLower()); } } and define Label Like this <asp:Label ID="Labeldg" runat="server" Text="<%$ Resources:Resource, Labeldg %>"</asp:Label> But it through Parser error like: Parser Error Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately. Parser Error Message: The resource object with key 'LblUsrName_Login' was not found. • Is it okay to violate the principle that collection properties should be readonly for performance?

    - by uriDium
    I used FxCop to analyze some code I had written. I had exposed a collection via a setter. I understand why this is not good. Changing the backing store when I don't expect it is a very bad idea. Here is my problem though. I retrieve a list of business objects from a Data Access Object. I then need to add that collection to another business class and I was doing it with the setter method. The reason I did this was that it is going to be faster to make an assignment than to insert hundreds of thousands of objects one at a time to the collection again via another addElement method. Is it okay to have a getter for a collection in some scenarios? I though of rather having a constructor which takes a collection? I thought maybe I could pass the object in to the Dao and let the Dao populate it directly? Are there any other better ideas?

  • How to catch this low level MySQL (?) error in PHP/Magento

    - by andnil
    When I'm executing the following statement in Magento with a really large $sku, the execution terminates without any errors thrown what so ever. There are no errors in either Magento's, Apache's or PHP's error logs. Mage::getModel('catalog/product')-loadByAttribute('sku', $sku); Question: How do I catch the error? I've tried to set custom error handlers, and for testing purposes I've also managed to trigger error situations where each of the error handler functions are invoked. But when running the previously mentioned Magento code with a large $sku, none of the error handling functions are executed. error_reporting( -1 ); set_error_handler( array( 'Error', 'captureNormal' ) ); set_exception_handler( array( 'Error', 'captureException' ) ); register_shutdown_function( array( 'Error', 'captureShutdown' ) ); For completeness, this is the $sku I'm passing to loadByAttribute(). (The sku is invalid, but that is not the issue) 1- 9685 0102046|1- 9685 1212100|1- 9685 1212092|1- 9685 1212096|1- 9685 1102100|1- 9685 1102108|1- 9685 1102112|1- 9685 1102092|1- 9685 0102048|1- 9685 0102054|1- 9685 0102056|1- 9685 0102058|1- 9685 1212104|1- 9685 1212108|1- 9685 0212058|1- 9685 0104050|1- 9685 0212050|1- 9685 0212056|1- 9685 0212044|1- 9685 0212048|1- 9685 0212052|1- 9685 0212054|1- 9685 1102104|1- 9685 1102124 Any insight into this matter is much appreciated! Update: Upon further investigation, this is the exact point in the code where execution terminates. when the foreach is executed I guess Magento goes into MySQL world and starts loading up data from the database. \Mage\Catalog\Model\Abstract.php public function loadByAttribute($attribute, $value, $additionalAttributes = '*') { $collection = $this->getResourceCollection() ->addAttributeToSelect($additionalAttributes) ->addAttributeToFilter($attribute, $value) ->setPage(1,1); foreach ($collection as $object) { // <--------------- HERE return $object; } return false; } Note, I'm ONLY interested in finding out how to properly CATCH these kinds of errors, not "fix" the logic. This is so that I can present a proper error message to the user. The example above with the malformed sku is contrived and I have no desire to make my Magento app work with those erroneous skus.

  • Writing a generic function that can take a Writer as well as an OutputStream

    - by ebruchez
    I wrote a couple of functions that look like this: def myWrite(os: OutputStream) = {} def myWrite(w: Writer) = {} Now both are very similar and I thought I would try to write a single parametrized version of the function. I started with a type with the two methods that are common in the Java OutputStream and Writer: type Writable[T] = { def close() : Unit def write(cbuf: Array[T], off: Int, len: Int): Unit } One issue is that OutputStream writes Byte and Writer writes Char, so I parametrized the type with T. Then I write my function: def myWrite[T, A[T] <: Writable[T]](out: A[T]) = {} and try to use it: val w = new java.io.StringWriter() myWrite(w) Result: <console>:9: error: type mismatch; found : java.io.StringWriter required: ?A[ ?T ] Note that implicit conversions are not applicable because they are ambiguous: both method any2ArrowAssoc in object Predef of type [A](x: A)ArrowAssoc[A] and method any2Ensuring in object Predef of type [A](x: A)Ensuring[A] are possible conversion functions from java.io.StringWriter to ?A[ ?T ] myWrite(w) I tried a few other combinations of types and parameters, to no avail so far. My question is whether there is a way of achieving this at all, and if so how. (Note that the implementation of myWrite will need, internally, to know the type T that parametrizes the write() method, because it needs to create a buffer as in new ArrayT.)

  • Sorting page flow for has_many in Rails

    - by Gareth
    I have a page flow allowing the user to choose an object ("Player") to add to a has_many :players association in another model. 1 => List existing players for object [Enter player name] 2 => List of matching players [Select player] 3 => Confirmation page [Press 'Add'] 4 => Done I want users to be able to choose "New Player" instead of selecting a player at step 2, in which case the user will go through the standard New Player process elsewhere on the site. However, after that's done, the user should return to step 3 with the new player in place. I don't know what the best way is to implement this. I don't want to duplicate the player creation code, but I don't want to dirty up the player creation code too much just for this case. I also don't want to start sticking IDs in the session if I can help it. It's fine in simple cases but if the user ever has two windows/tabs then things start behaving badly. What do you think?

  • Joining tables with composite keys in a legacy system in hibernate

    - by Steve N
    Hi, I'm currently trying to create a pair of Hibernate annotated classes to load (read only) from a pair of tables in a legacy system. The legacy system uses a consistent (if somewhat dated) approach to keying tables. The tables I'm attempting to map are as follows: Customer CustomerAddress -------------------------- ---------------------------- customerNumber:string (pk) customerNumber:string (pk_1) name:string sequenceNumber:int (pk_2) street:string postalCode:string I've approached this by creating a CustomerAddress class like this: @Entity @Table(name="CustomerAddress") @IdClass(CustomerAddressKey.class) public class CustomerAddress { @Id @AttributeOverrides({ @AttributeOverride(name = "customerNumber", column = @Column(name="customerNumber")), @AttributeOverride(name = "sequenceNumber", column = @Column(name="sequenceNumber")) }) private String customerNumber; private int sequenceNumber; private String name; private String postalCode; ... } Where the CustomerAddressKey class is a simple Serializable object with the two key fields. The Customer object is then defined as: @Entity @Table(name = "Customer") public class Customer { private String customerNumber; private List<CustomerAddress> addresses = new ArrayList<CustomerAddress>(); private String name; ... } So, my question is: how do I express the OneToMany relationship on the Customer table?

  • Calling multiple functions simultaneously with jquery.

    - by clarke78
    I want to loop through an object that contains functions which will execute one after another. My most ideal approach would be to have these chain somehow (ie. func2 waits for func1 and func3 waits for func2) but this needs to happen dynamically and the functions will all have different durations. I'm using jQuery so I thought that perhaps "queue()" may help but I haven't worked with it much. A main concern is to not add any scope/callbacks to the functions within the object. I'd rather somehow enclose them within a parent function to execute within the loop in order to create the callback/chaining. Here's an example of what I've got now, but dumbed down. Thanks for any help! var obj = [ {'name':'func1','callback':function(){ alert(1); }}, {'name':'func2','callback':function(){ alert(2); }}, {'name':'func3','callback':function(){ alert(3); }} ]; $.each(obj, function(x, el) { el.callback(); });

  • Session does not giving right records?

    - by Jugal
    I want to keep one session, but when I rollback transaction then transaction gets isActive=false, so I can not commit and rollback in next statements by using same transaction. then I need to create new transaction but what is going wrong here ? var session = NHibernateHelper.OpenSession();/* It returns new session. */ var transaction1 = session.BeginTransaction(); var list1 = session.Query<Make>().ToList(); /* It returs 4 records. */ session.Delete(list1[2]); /* After Rollback, transaction is isActive=false so I can not commit * and rollback from this transaction in future. so I need to create new transaction. */ transaction1.Rollback(); var transaction2 = session.BeginTransaction(); /* It returns 3 records. * I am not getting object(which was deleted but after that rollback) here why ? */ var list2 = session.Query<Make>().ToList(); Anyone have idea what is going wrong here ? I am not getting deleted object which was rollback.

  • Highlighting Changes in Java

    - by Buzz Lightyear
    Basically, i have done my program so that it will display differences in strings and display the whole line. I want to highlight (in a colour) the differences in the line. Example: Original at line 5 <rect x="60.01" width="855.38" id="rect_1" y="-244.35" height="641.13" style="stroke-width: 1; stroke: rgb(0, 0, 0); fill: none; "/> Edited at line 5 <rect x="298.43" width="340.00" y="131.12" height="380.00" id="rect_1" style="stroke-width: 1; stroke: rgb(0, 0, 0); fill: rgb(255, 102, 0); "/> In this example, the width is different from the 'original' from the 'edited' version. I would like to be able to highlight that difference and any other difference. My code so far: Patch patch = DiffUtils.diff(centralFile, remoteFile); StringBuffer resultsBuff = new StringBuffer(remoteFileData.length); for (Delta delta : patch.getDeltas()) { resultsBuff.append("Original at line " + delta.getOriginal().getPosition() + "\n"); for (Object line : delta.getOriginal().getLines()) { resultsBuff.append(" " + line + "\n"); } resultsBuff.append("Edited at line " + delta.getRevised().getPosition() + "\n"); for (Object line : delta.getRevised().getLines()) { resultsBuff.append(" " + line + "\n"); } resultsBuff.append("\n"); } return resultsBuff.toString(); } That will display two whole lines like the example before (the original and the edited version) I want to be able to highlight the changes that have actually been made, is there any way to do this in Java?

  • if a JAR is placed on app servers's classpath how do we reference it from JSP

    - by Omnipresent
    On our application we are getting an error saying: PWC6117: File "/struts-tags" not found code in the file thats giving error is: <%@ taglib prefix="s" uri="/struts-tags" %> This file is in struts2-core.jar which is placed on the classpath of the app server (Sun 9.1). The code will work fine and not complain when the jar is actually in WEB-INF/lib of the application, compared to being on classpath of the appserver. But we can not change that. it has to be on appservers classpath. But how should we change our code so that this error goes away? I can create mapping in my web.xml so that tag uri's are change. but what should taglib-location be changed to? so that it references to app servers classpath? <taglib> <taglib-uri>/WEB-INF/struts-tags.tld</taglib-uri> <taglib-location>/WEB-INF/struts-tags.tld</taglib-location> </taglib>

  • problem with a string's format in c++ while doing tcp communication

    - by james t
    hi, i am building a simple c++ client, i am splitting the info i get from the server to frames, and pass each frame to a function that processes it, i split the frame into lines using Poco::StringTokenizer tokenizer(frame, "\n"); i take the first line of the tokenizer which represents the type of frame StmpCommand command(tokenizer[0]); a StmpCommand is an enum with the different types of messages and the constructor works as follows : StmpCommand(std::string command): commandType_() { bool x=command=="CONNECTED"; std::cout<<x<<std::endl; if ("SUBSCRIBE" == command) commandType_ = SUBSCRIBE; else if ("UNSUBSCRIBE" == command) commandType_ = UNSUBSCRIBE; else if ("SEND" == command) commandType_ = SEND; else if ("BEGIN" == command) commandType_ = BEGIN; else if ("COMMIT" == command) commandType_ = COMMIT; else if ("CONNECT" == command) commandType_ = CONNECT; else if ("MESSAGE" == command) commandType_ = MESSAGE; else if ("RECEIPT" == command) commandType_ = RECEIPT; else if ("CONNECTED" == command) commandType_ = CONNECTED; else if ("DISCONNECT" == command) commandType_ = DISCONNECT; else if ("ERROR" == command) commandType_ = ERROR; else { std::cerr<<"Error in building StmpCommand object, unknown type - "<<command<<std::endl; } } the first frame i am trying to proccess is a CONNECTED frame therefor i try to create a StmpCommand with CONNECTED as the constructor's only argument and for some reason i am getting an : Error in building StmpCommand object, unknown type - CONNECTED i am clearly passing a string containing CONNECTED but i'm guessing there is something else there that isn't allowing the condition else if ("CONNECTED" == command) to hap

  • Why does my simple event handling example not work?

    - by njreed
    I am trying to make a simple event handler. (Note, I'm not trying to implement a full-blown publish/subscribe model; I'm just interested in why my example doesn't work as I think it should) var myObj = (function () { var private = "X"; function triggerEvent(eventName) { if (this[eventName]) { this[eventName](); } } // Setter / Getter function getProp() { return private; } function setProp(value) { private = value; triggerEvent("onPropChange"); } // Public API return { // Events "onPropChange": null, // Fires when prop value is changed // Methods "getProp": getProp, "setProp": setProp }; })(); // Now set event handler myObj.onPropChange = function () { alert("You changed the property!"); }; myObj.setProp("Z"); // --> Nothing happens. Wrong // Why doesn't my alert show? I set the onPropChange property of my object to a simpler handler function but it is not being fired. I have debugged this and it seems that in triggerEvent the variable this is referencing the global window object. I thought it should reference myObj (which is what I need). Can someone explain the error in my thinking and how I correct this? Help much appreciated. jsFiddle here

  • How to disable Rails submit buttons alongside Prototype helpers & RJS?

    - by Jesse
    I'm trying to follow this post http://stackoverflow.com/questions/576240/how-can-i-unobtrusively-disable-submit-buttons-with-javascript-and-prototype but I can't get it to work. The form triggers an RJS function, so I need to keep the helpers' onclick events intact. The RJS returns/reloads the same forms along with two new texts. I'm really confused. Here is my rails code for the forms: .span-20#comparison / new comparison . . . / voting forms (also reloaded) .span-4.prepend-3.append-6 - form_remote_tag :action => url_for(:controller => :comparisons), :method => :post do = hidden_field_tag :poem1_id, poems[:a].id = hidden_field_tag :poem2_id, poems[:b].id = hidden_field_tag :response, 1 = submit_tag "Vote for me", :disabled => false, :disable_with => 'Vote for me', :class => "compare" .span-4.append-3.last - form_remote_tag :action => url_for(:controller => :comparisons), :method => :post do = hidden_field_tag :poem1_id, poems[:a].id = hidden_field_tag :poem2_id, poems[:b].id = hidden_field_tag :response, 2 = submit_tag "Vote for me", :disable_with => 'Vote for me', :class => "compare" .span-4.prepend-8.append-8.prepend-top.last - form_remote_tag :action => url_for(:controller => :comparisons), :method => :post do = hidden_field_tag :poem1_id, poems[:a].id = hidden_field_tag :poem2_id, poems[:b].id = hidden_field_tag :response, 'draw' = submit_tag "Declare Draw", :disable_with => 'Declare Draw', :class => "compare" RJS page.replace_html :comparison, :partial => 'poems', :object => @poems page.insert_html :top, :previous, :partial => 'comparison', :object => @comparison page << "Effect.ScrollTo($('top'));"

  • Please help! Delegate returns null via Dipendency Injection.

    - by Raj Aththanayake
    Can someone please help? I use Google code’s Moq framework for mocking within my Unit Tests and Unity for Dependency Injection. In my Test class private Mock<ICustomerSearchService> CustomerSearchServiceMock = null; private CustomerService customerService = null; private void SetupMainData() { CustomerSearchServiceMock = new Mock<ICustomerSearchService>(); customerService = new CustomerService (); // CustomerSearchService is a property in CustomerService and dependency is configuered via Unity customerService.CustomerSearchService = CustomerSearchServiceMock.Object; Customer c = new Customer () { ID = "AT" }; CustomerSearchServiceMock.Setup(s => s.GetCustomer(EqualsCondition)).Returns(c); } [TestMethod] public void GetCustomerData_Test_Method() { SetupMainData() var customer = customerService.GetCustomerData("AT"); } public static bool EqualsCondition(Customer customer) { return customer.ID.Equals("AT"); } In my Test class CustomerService class public class CustomerService : ICustomerService { [Dependency] public ICustomerSearchService CustomerSearchService { get; set; } public IEnumerable<SomeObject> GetCustomerData(string custID) { I GET Null for customer ?????} var customer = CustomerSearchService.GetCustomer (c => c.ID.Equals(custID)); //Do more things } } When I debug the code I can see CustomerSearchService has a proxy object, but the customer returns as null. Any ideas? Or is there something missing here? Note: ICustomerSearchService I have implemented below method. Customer GetCustomer(Func<Customer, bool> predicate);

  • Question about singleton property

    - by Jack
    I'm reading the java tutorial for enums located here and have a question: http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/guide/language/enums.html#Card The part i'm confused about is as follows: "The Card class, above, contains a static factory that returns a deck, but there is no way to get an individual card from its rank and suit. Merely exposing the constructor would destroy the singleton property (that only a single instance of each card is allowed to exist). Here is how to write a static factory that preserves the singleton property, using a nested EnumMap: " Now as I understand, changing the original private "Card" constructor to public would allow us to instantiate an unlimited number of copies of a "Card" object with a given suit+rank. The solution as proposed was to create an EnumMap which would store four Maps (one for each suit), which themselves contained 13 Card objects with the rank as their keys. And so now if you wanted to retrieve a specific Card object from the deck, you would just call the "valueOf" method. My question now is, what's the prevent you with calling the valueOf method as many times as you like? Wouldn't that lead to the same problem as making the original private constructor public? Thanks.

  • IEnumerator seems to be effecting all objects, and not one at a time

    - by PFranchise
    Hey, I am trying to alter an attribute of an object. I am setting it to the value of that same attribute stored on another table. There is a one to many relationship between the two. The product end is the one and the versions is the many. Right now, both these methods that I have tried have set all the products returned equal to the final version object. So, in this case they are all the same. I am not sure where the issue lies. Here are my two code snipets, both yield the same result. int x = 1 IEnumerator<Product> ie = productQuery.GetEnumerator(); while (ie.MoveNext()) { ie.Current.RSTATE = ie.Current.Versions.First(o => o.VersionNumber == x).RSTATE; x++; } and foreach (var product in productQuery) { product.RSTATE = product.Versions.Single(o => o.VersionNumber == x).RSTATE; x++; } The versions table holds information for previous products, each is distinguished by the version number. I know that it will start at 1 and go until it reaches the current version, based on my query returning the proper number of products. Thanks for any advice.

  • Overlaying several CLR reference fields with each other in explicit struct?

    - by thr
    Edit: I'm well aware of that this works very well with value types, my specific question is about using this for reference types. I've been tinkering around with structs in .NET/C#, and I just found out that you can do this: using System; using System.Runtime.InteropServices; namespace ConsoleApplication1 { class Foo { } class Bar { } [StructLayout(LayoutKind.Explicit)] struct Overlaid { [FieldOffset(0)] public object AsObject; [FieldOffset(0)] public Foo AsFoo; [FieldOffset(0)] public Bar AsBar; } class Program { static void Main(string[] args) { var overlaid = new Overlaid(); overlaid.AsObject = new Bar(); Console.WriteLine(overlaid.AsBar); overlaid.AsObject = new Foo(); Console.WriteLine(overlaid.AsFoo); Console.ReadLine(); } } } Basically circumventing having to do dynamic casting during runtime by using a struct that has an explicit field layout and then accessing the object inside as it's correct type. Now my question is: Can this lead to memory leaks somehow, or any other undefined behavior inside the CLR? Or is this a fully supported convention that is usable without any issues? I'm aware that this is one of the darker corners of the CLR, and that this technique is only a viable option in very few specific cases.

  • Casting/dereferencing member variable pointer from void*, is this safe?

    - by Damien
    Hi all, I had a problem while hacking a bigger project so I made a simpel test case. If I'm not omitting something, my test code works fine, but maybe it works accidentally so I wanted to show it to you and ask if there are any pitfalls in this approach. I have an OutObj which has a member variable (pointer) InObj. InObj has a member function. I send the address of this member variable object (InObj) to a callback function as void*. The type of this object never changes so inside the callback I recast to its original type and call the aFunc member function in it. In this exampel it works as expected, but in the project I'm working on it doesn't. So I might be omitting something or maybe there is a pitfall here and this works accidentally. Any comments? Thanks a lot in advance. (The problem I have in my original code is that InObj.data is garbage). #include <stdio.h> class InObj { public: int data; InObj(int argData); void aFunc() { printf("Inside aFunc! data is: %d\n", data); }; }; InObj::InObj(int argData) { data = argData; } class OutObj { public: InObj* objPtr; OutObj(int data); ~OutObj(); }; OutObj::OutObj(int data) { objPtr = new InObj(data); } OutObj::~OutObj() { delete objPtr; } void callback(void* context) { ((InObj*)context)->aFunc(); } int main () { OutObj a(42); callback((void*)a.objPtr); }

  • Code producing System.NullReferenceException error for Membership.GetUser(). This is VB.Net (ASP.Net 4)

    - by Derrek
    I have a Default.aspx page that is not static. I have added functionality with datalist and sqldatasources. When a user logins he/she will see items like saved workouts, saved equipment, total replys, etc... This is based on getting the currently logged in user UserID. Quite simply this works great when the user is logged in. However, I do not want to force a user to login to view the Default page because it does have functionality on it that does not require login. When a user is not logged in of course I receive the [System.NullReferenceException] error. I understand the error well but I do not know how to code to fix it. That is where I need help. I will admit I am more designer than developer. However, I do know the exception error I am receivving is caused by me not setting a value in my code when a user is not logged in. I do not know how to do that and have for a week made unsuccessful attempts at writing the code. Both sets of code below compile for VB.Net/ASP.Net 4/Visual Studio 2010 without errors. However, I still get the System.NullReferenceException error if not logged in. I know it can be done but I do not know the right syntax. If you can help please insert you code in mine or write it out. JUST TELLING ME WHERE TO GO TO FIND AN ANSWER WON'T HELP. I HAVE DONE THAT FOR 7 STRAIGHT DAYS. I APPRECIATE OUR HELP. • Velocity CTP: can we 'search' for objects?

    - by Stato Machino
    It appears that 'tags' allow us to associate a 'search term' with the objects placed into the Velocity cache space. However, these can only be queried within a 'region'. Further, regions somehow limit the locality of objects in the cache to a single server (or maybe something kinda like that). So this appears to make it hard to perform any operation for which the unique Id of the cached item is not persisted or continuously available to the application that stores and retrieves objects to and from the cache. In any case, I can't see an easy way to 'cleanse' the cache of objects or to find objects across the entire cache that may share some prefix, postfix or infix values in the cache key so that i can clear out the cache of object repeatedly created in unit tests, for example. And I am unsure about the consequences of regions being associated with single server cache locations. So I would appreciate any help with the following questions: What is the difference between a 'distributed cache' (called a 'partitioned' cache??) when using regions, and a 'local cache'? 1.a. In particular, are the region-oriented values in a distributed cache visible through a cache factory that is configured to 'see' the entire cache space? Are the operations of creating and removing 'regions' efficient enough that it would be reasonable to create a region and a group of tags for each bundle of objects that need to be cached? 2.a. Or does this just push the problem of scoping the 'search for objects' up the chain because the ability of the DataCache object to query down through regions and tags as limited as querying for the cache keys of objects themselves. Thanks, Stato

  • servlet and jsp sending query result following MVC framework

    - by kawtousse
    Hi every one, in order to separate java code and html code and be more faithful to MVC framework i am coding like that; in the servlet i put the following: net.sf.hibernate.Session s = null; net.sf.hibernate.Transaction tx; try { s= HibernateUtil.currentSession(); tx=s.beginTransaction(); Query query = s.createQuery("select opcemployees.Nom,opcemployees.Prenom,dailytimesheet.TrackingDate,dailytimesheet.Activity," + "dailytimesheet.ProjectCode,dailytimesheet.WAName,dailytimesheet.TaskCode," + "dailytimesheet.TimeSpent,dailytimesheet.PercentTaskComplete from Opcemployees opcemployees,Dailytimesheet dailytimesheet " + "where opcemployees.Matricule=dailytimesheet.Matricule and dailytimesheet.Etat=3 " + "group by opcemployees.Nom,opcemployees.Prenom" ); for(Iterator it=query.iterate();it.hasNext();) { if(it.hasNext()){ Object[] row = (Object[]) it.next(); request.setAttribute("items", row); }} } catch (HibernateException e){ e.printStackTrace(); } request.getRequestDispatcher("EspaceValidation.jsp").forward(request, response); and in jsp i start like that: <table> <c:forEach items="${items}" var="item"> <tr> <td>? </td> <td>?</td> </tr> </c:forEach> in this case what should i put exactly to obtain my result.a table fulled with the right value from the request

  • Work with function references

    - by Ockonal
    Hello, I have another one question about functions reference. For example, I have such definition: typedef boost::function<bool (Entity &handle)> behaviorRef; std::map< std::string, ptr_vector<behaviorRef> > eventAssociation; The first question is: how to insert values into such map object? I tried: eventAssociation.insert(std::pair< std::string, ptr_vector<behaviorRef> >(eventType, ptr_vector<behaviorRef>(callback))); But the error: no matching function for call to ‘boost::ptr_vector<boost::function<bool(Entity&)> >::push_back(Entity::behaviorRef&)’ And I undersatnd it, but can't make workable code. The second question is how to call such functions? For example, I have one object of behaviorRef, how to call it with boost::bind with passing my own values?

  • WPF binding problem

    - by Lolo
    I've got problem with binding in XAML/WPF. I created Action class witch extends FrameworkElement. Each Action has list of ActionItem. The problem is that the Data/DataContext properties of ActionItem are not set, so they are always null. XAML: <my:Action DataContext="{Binding}"> <my:Action.Items> <my:ActionItem DataContext="{Binding}" Data="{Binding}" /> </my:Action.Items> </my:Action> C#: public class Action : FrameworkElement { public static readonly DependencyProperty ItemsProperty = DependencyProperty.Register("Items", typeof(IList), typeof(Action), new PropertyMetadata(null, null), null); public Action() { this.Items = new ArrayList(); this.DataContextChanged += (s, e) => MessageBox.Show("Action.DataContext"); } public IList Items { get { return (IList)this.GetValue(ItemsProperty); } set { this.SetValue(ItemsProperty, value); } } } public class ActionItem : FrameworkElement { public static readonly DependencyProperty DataProperty = DependencyProperty.Register("Data", typeof(object), typeof(ActionItem), new PropertyMetadata( null, null, (d, v) => { if (v != null) MessageBox.Show("ActionItem.Data is not null"); return v; } ), null ); public object Data { get { return this.GetValue(DataProperty); } set { this.SetValue(DataProperty, value); } } public ActionItem() { this.DataContextChanged += (s, e) => MessageBox.Show("ActionItem.DataContext"); } } Any ideas?
