  • Menu: What kind is this?

    I dont know what it is called but you can see on this page http://carleypelletier.deviantart.com/gallery/#_browse if you click on a category you'll get a list and if there is a subcategory there will be a at the end. When clicking this the menu text moves left off the menu and the new categories are in. How do i do this type of menu? i'm open to any libs. It would be nice if i can fill it using json or a config file.

    Hi all I made a custom sharepoint workflow with Visual studio, the workflow starts when a new item is inserted in a list I assigned the title of the task to reference a field in the new item TaskProps.Title = "Please prepare Hardware for project " + workflowProperties.Item["Contract"].ToString().Split('#')[1]; the task title is correct but i find the string (exteranl participant) concatenated the title of the task what can be the reason for this ? thanks

    I have an sql statement that currently is just returning all the end parent rows for a list of child rows: SELECT DISTINCT row FROM table heirarchy WHERE parent_row = NULL CONNECT BY nocycle PRIOR parent_row = row START WITH row IN (select statement returning child rows) Is there a way to show the child and its corresponding parent together in the same result set using a modified version of my sql?     I've got a utility that outputs a list of files required by a game. How can I run that utility within a C program and grab its output so I can act on it within the same program? UPDATE: Good call on the lack of information. The utility spits out a series of strings, and this is supposed to be complete portable across Mac/Windows/Linux. Please note, I'm looking for a programmatic way to execute the utility and retain its output (which goes to stdout).

  • how to get powershell to look for files in other folders when moving items?

Looks like I am missing something here because when I run the script, it is only looking for .zqx files in current directory and not all the drives. Please note that the ( dir $paths..) part is returning the list of .zqx files promptly.     Hi, I want to use git as a local repository against a remote SVN repository. I installed version 1.6.0.2 from http://code.google.com/p/msysgit/downloads/list. According to the documentation synchronization is done via the command git svn or a separate command wrapper called git-svn Neither of them is available in my installation and I could not find a separate download for Windows binaries. I'm currenty using the MSYS build. Must I switch to cygwin?

  • Default Sorting in DynamicData

    I am using DynamicData in the version that shipped with VS2008. In the default List view, the data is sorted by order of entry into the database. I'd like to get it sorted by a field of a specific name (descending). As a last resort I tried to use the OrderByParameter of the LinqDataSource with a QueryStringParameter, but I could not get it to sort anything. =) Is there an easy way to accomplish this?

    I have read this question and I'm still not sure whether it is possible to keep pointers to methods in an array in Java, if anyone knows if this is possible or not it would be a real help. I'm trying to find an elegant solution of keeping a list of Strings and associated functions without writing a mess of hundreds of 'if's. Cheers edit- 'functions' changed to 'methods', seems to bug people.
