Before entering any string in the search bar we wil get the Search String as the default string. i wanted to change the text of that string and when we click on that searchbar we get a cancel button next to searchbar and i wanted to change the text of that cancel button. I'm using SQL-SERVER 2005 Standard What i need is : 5 CampaignVariants from Campaigns whereas 2 are with the largest PPU number set and 3 are random. Next condition is that CampaignDailyBudget and CampaignTotalBudget are below what is set in Campaign ( calculation is number of clicks in Visitors table connected to Campaigns via CampaignVariants on which users click) Next condition CampaignLanguage, CampaignCategory, CampaignRegion and CampaignCountry must be the ones i send to this select with (languageID,categoryID,regionID and countryID). Next condition is that IP address i send to this select statement won't be in IPs list for current Campaign ( i delete inactive for 24 hours IPs ). In other words it gets 5 CampaignVariants for user that enters the site, when i take from user PublisherRegionUID,IP,Language,Country and Region view diagram

  Hi all, I've created an editable div, and I want to replace smiley signs with smiley images. But whenever I replace a string with a dom element (<img> or <span> or whatever..), the div stops being editable (i.e. I can see the caret when I click on text, but can add no characters to it). What's going on? • Debugging JavaScript in Internet Explorer

  I am working on a relatively complex JavaScript-driven website. It runs great in all browsers except Internet Explorer. I am getting this very curious error: "A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug? Line: 93,865,600. Error: Expected ';'" The issue is, I don't have 93 million lines of code, and clicking "Yes" doesn't attach to Visual Studio like it normally does. I can click on 'No' and the website continues to run fine, but if a user doesn't have JavaScript debugging disabled, I don't want them to see this meaningless error. Suggestions/Tools/Plugins to get to the bottom of this? And yeah, I learned my lesson, switch over and check my project in Internet Explorer more often... Thanks,

  Hi All I was wondering if someone knows a way to invoke a specific maven module build from IntelliJ that will also build ( or use already compiled classes ) from depended modules. So for instance if I would like to build the module "Model" in the picture and only it , it seems reasonable for me to click the package step on it. But what is actually does it invokes the mvn package step inside this specific module rather than "mvn -am -pl module-name" from the root module , which also builds all the dependencies. So is there something that I just don't know ?

• jQuery: 'async: false' Not Working With IE7 / IE6

  I created a simple tracking script which adds the users info to a database when the page is unloaded. It works on all browsers except IE7 and IE6. IE7 gives me errors, but I can't open the "debugger" because I'm using the standalone version (or at least that's what I think the problems is). I removed the async: false, from the script below and I didn't get any errors, but I need async set to false in order for the script to work. Any ideas? $(window).unload(function() { $.ajax({ type: "POST", async: false, url: "add.php", data: "ip=" + jIp + "&date=" + jDate + "&time=" + jTime, }); }); Update: I got IE7 to display the error, kinda. When I click OK on the dialog on top, it closes both dialogs. Ugh!

  I have a script that requires quite e few seconds of processing, up to about minute. The script resizes an array of images, sharpens them and finally zips them up for the user to download. Now I need some sort of progress messages. I was thinking that with jQuery's .post() method the data from the callback function would progressively update, but that doesn't seem to work. • How do I overlay an icon/image onto another image on form submission?

  So I am trying to add an icon to an image, once someone has 'tagged' a portion of the image - i.e. they have submitted the form. How do I do that in jQuery? Just to be clear...imagine you are on flickr and you see an image. You want to add an annotation, you click on the image where you want, and it shows you a form field. You enter the information you want to, then after you have done so, there is a small image left on top of the picture that shows where you have left a comment. Any ideas?

  ARGH Eclipse is SO frustrating I have a directory called c:\RemoteSrc . Under this there are 3 directories which are currently source folders (I think? the icon is an open folder with a little orange grid in it) in my Eclipse project. I have dropped a new directory under c:\RemoteSrc which I also want to add to my project. BUT If I right click on my project and go "Build Path..." - "Link Source" and try to add it it tells me "Folder already exists with a different case". Yes i KNOW that the folder already exists THATS WHY IM TRYING TO ADD IT.

  I'm writing an extension which surfaces links to gmail messages. As the UI loads right in Gmail, I should be able to click on one of these links and have Gmail load it (without refreshing). I have "x-gm-msgid" available and theoretically, I should just be able to navigate to "https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox/[x-gm-msgid]". I've tried using location.hash = "#inbox/[x-gm-msgid]" I've tried using history.pushState(null, null, "/mail/u/0/#inbox/[x-gm-msgid]") Neither of which works. Gmail just thwarts any attempt to change the URL (unless it is done via user interaction) Any thoughts on how to get around this restriction?

• Asset tracking in "real-time" - how best to display in browser?

  I am developing an asset tracking system, standard LAMP, and now am wondering how best to present the data to the user in the browser. I expect to track and most a few thousand items, and to refresh them every second or so. I want to draw a floorplan or map of the area and represent the assets the assets symbolically on that (with different symbols for different classes of assets). Additionally, the user should be able to click on an asset to interact with it, and search for a particular asset and centre the screen on it, draw a circle round it, etc http://graphite.wikidot.com/ Looks good - is there any alternative? At its simplest, I suppose I could just generate a JPEG and display it, using CSS to let me know if/where a user clicks ... but what's the "best" way to do it?

  Hello, I have a link inside a label. The problem is, when user clicks 'back' after having read the terms, the checkbox is unchecked, because when they clicked on the link they also unchecked the box at the same time, since the link is inside a label. <input type="checkbox" id="terms" name="terms" checked="checked" /> <label for="terms">I agree to be bound by the <a href="/terms">Terms</a></label> How can I prevent the checkbox from being checked when link is clicked? Tried doing event.preventDefault() on label click, but that doesn't prevent checkbox from being checked/unchecked. I could just take out the link from inside a label (which means more CSS styling). But now I'm curious whether the above is possible.

• XCode File Browsing doesn't open files!

  Previously when I browsed source code files using Xcode's file browser (located on left side), clicking on a source file would open it in the right window. I must've accidentally changed some setting that stops this behavior -- now single clicking on any file doesn't do anything at all. I'd really like it to go back to the old behavior of opening the file. Any ideas? This behavior is driving me crazy. To open a source file I have to double-click and open in a separate window.

• Change .NET Framework version of application pool to 3.5?

  I've installed .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 on web server (Server 2008 Enterprise), so running IIS 7.0. I want to change the version of .NET Framework used by an existing site. So I right-click on appropriate Application Pool and selected Edit Application Pool. The .NET Framework dropdown does not include an explicit entry for framework 3.5, but just 2.0.50727. Does anyone know off the top of their head--is this just because the version of the core RTL in 3.5 is still 2.0? Or do I need to do something additional to get IIS to see version 3.5? (Did try restarting IIS). Thanks!

• How can I set my screen resolution to match my TV?

  I have a computer in my classroom that's connected to an LG smart TV (that's actually not so smart. I wouldn't recommend buying one.). For the touch interface, the TV wants a resolution of 1920x1080 at 60Hz. However, I can't seem to set the computer to that resolution. The display settings only offer 1024x768 and 640x480. The computer dual boots with Windows XP, where widescreen options are available in approximately the required size, but the exact resolution -- or even aspect ratio-- isn't available in XP either. I tried the following command: xrandr -s 1920x1080 -r 60 The response was: Size 1920x1080 not found in available modes Back in the old days, the solution would be to edit xorg.conf. However, since that file no longer exists, and I haven't found up-to-date info, I don't know what else to do. If it helps, this machine will never be connected to a different display, so resolution flexibility isn't important. One is that when I click (do a tap) on any location, the overlay is not changing to that place. Also, the app crashes when I am on the MapView page and I click on back button. What might be the error?
