    How do I add 2 years to a date in powerbuilder and account for the leap year correctly? We have a medical license application where the user would like the date to go expire two years. Current license date is 7/10/2010 and expire date should be 7/2/2012 I used relative date and added 729 if not a leap year and 730 if it was but that is messy. I wish the relativedate function took another parameter to so you could pass in number years.

    Hello, I have a datetime.datetime property var. I would like to know if it is less than one hour of the current time. Something like var.hour<datetime.datetime.today().hour - 1 Problem with the above syntax is that datetime.datetime.today().hour returns a number such as "10" and it is not really a date comparation but more of a numbers comparation.     I've got a query that currently queries a Post table while LEFT JOINing a Comment table. It fetches all Posts and their respective Comments. However, I want to limit the number of Comments returned. I tried adding a sub-select, but ran into errors if I didn't LIMIT the results to 1. I'm really not sure how to go about this while still using only one query. Is this possible?

Is there a script that can be run to rename the shared job schedule in the ReportServer database to another name?     I am creating a Windwos Installer project just for the use of installing our third party assemblies into the gac of the users computer. The problem i am running into, is when i make an update to the assemblie and increment it's version number, i get an error saying: "Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue..." I would have figured that windows installer would update the local machine with the new assemblie. Am i doing something wrong?

  • Mix of Arabic and English causes problems in JTextArea (Java)

    I have a JTextArea which displays HTML of an Arabic web page. So it's essentially a mix of English and Arabic. In the JTextArea, with columns set to 30, certain text just disappears instead of wrapping properly. The weird thing is that if I copy the invisible text and paste it into Notepad, then I can see it in Notepad. If I change the number of columns to 40, everything displays fine. Any ideas?

    Hi I am writing a web app (mainly iphone targeted) where the user has to enter their dob as part of the log in, I need this to be <input type = 'password'however I also want to enable the numeric section of the keyboard. I would usually change the type attr to 'number' however as this needs to be hidden I wondered if there was another way to activate the numeric pad Cheers!     I don't know why I'm experiencing so much trouble with this, but I would like to have an array that basically represents a layer number and x,y coordinates so I could essentially say, int i = array[layer,x,y] and get the corrisponding value per layer. I create the array.. int[,,] myarray ...initialize it myarray = new int[0,width, height]; ...and it blows up when try and grab a value. int n = myarray[0,1,1] What am I missing?

I considered using events like key down, but that gets messy when you consider keys that don't change the text (like arrows, page up, etc). And how do you make sure you get all of those keys? It seems it would be simpler to register a callback for a onTextChanged event, if one exists. Is there any way to do something like that?
