    Hello All: I am adding custom attributes to my HTMLtags something like <li customeId="1"> I am to access this custom attribute in IE but in firefox, I am not able to get the values of these attributes. I would like to be able to submit the div with all the HTML to a WebService and receive back an image so we have a bitmap of the result of the end user's work. I would prefer a solution in .Net as this is what I am most familiar with but am open to pretty much anything?

    I have a column with the type of Varchar in my Postgres database which I meant to be integers... and now I want to change them, unfortunately this doesn't seem to work using my rails migration. change_column :table1, :columnB, :integer So I tried doing this: execute 'ALTER TABLE "table1" ALTER COLUMN "columnB" TYPE integer USING CAST(columnB AS INTEGER)' but cast doesn't work in this instance because some of the column are null... any ideas?

Before outputing the html i need to "clean" with php on the server-side to avoid cross-site-scripting and other scary things. Is there some sort of best practice on how to do this?
