I am working on a project documentation using NDOC3.
The build fails when trying to document 3rd party DLLs (because I do not have the xml documentation for them).
How could I address this issue ?
lets say you run third party program on your computer whitch create a process named example.exe
how do i determinate if this process is running and how many windows does he open? How do i intercept network communication between this windows and server?
my goal is to create an app whitch will be monitoring network trafic between example.exe and its home server in order to analyze data and save to database, and finally simulate user interaction to get more relevant data
I have an existing pdf file which needs to be updated with information which varies with each client. There are around 50 clients. I have to update the pdf with these. How can I acheive the same in C#. The pdf has to be shown in the browser (only IE) Is there a third party dll which could be used, which would parse the pdf. Then write to the pdf.
I am from a windows background (VC++), and moved to Linux (Ubuntu) about a year ago.
I would like to be able to write simple make files to build the following types of binaries:
A shared library
An executable that links into third party libraries (static and shared libraries)
Create an install section in my makefile (which can then be used my checkinstall)
i need a regular expressions string to get all anchor tags in a page with a specific css class name, in c#/vb.net
this is what i got so far
"<a.*?href=""(.*?)"".*?>(.*?)</a>"
but my attempts to add "class=name" isnt working, also is it possible to find links where the class name appears either before or after the href with one expression ?
i am familiar with 3rd party html libraries, but thats an overkill for what i have in mind, so is the webbrowser control.
I am looking for some direction on how to render a barcode from a numeric string on an iPhone? The symbology is not really important right now just curious on the basics or third party support if necessary.
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
I am creating an iPhone application in which when I make a call to anyone I should be able to change the pitch of my call voice in real time.
So for that which framework or any third party library should I use?
Thanks,
Sunil.
I looked all over the internet and there doesn't seem to be a decent solution that I could find. I want to be able to programmatically in C++ obtain the path "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data" that explorer can translate into a real path.
Can I do this without relying on third-party code?
I am using a third party tool that is pointing to images in memory with a windows handle.
The tool stats that you are responsible for freeing handle. So how would you free that handle in Delphi 7? The datatype for the handle is LONG
Hey
I'm trying to set up a backup feature for the users in a Active Directory Domain.
The wish is for the clients "my docuemnts" folder to sync to a folder on the file server.
Is this doable using Active Directory only, or do one need any third party applications?
If its doable, what steps is needed to set this up, on the server, and clients?
Thank you in advance
Is there an option for Zend's lucene implementation (or a third-party plugin) that would allow me to put the lucene dictionary into a [MySQL] database?
The reason I need to ask is that the database is the only common resource for our two otherwise independent web servers.
Is it possible to position: absolute a <div /> over a Flash banner without adding wmode="transparent" to the banner?
I have a lightbox that needs to appear above my ads but I can't directly modify the banners as they come from a third party.
i want to run asp.net website on apache server instead of IIS.
i googled a lot, but din get satisfactory answers.
i only came to know that we can use something called 'mono' - third party api for doing this.
i want to knw some basic things like do we need to install .net framework on that server?
what if its a unix server?
any detailed explanation links if provided wud be greatly appreciated.. thanks
i dont know if this is possible, but i need to do the following.
When i make changes to a word document on my pc (save it and the date changes everytime), I want a .exe file on the same computer to run. Is there any way or third party software, with which i can achieve this?
In a project using .Net4 - should there be any issues referencing dlls built for older versions of .Net? We're talking 3rd Party dlls here.
I'm asking this as a general question. Specifically I have a problem referencing FluentNHibernate.dll - built with .Net3.5. It worked justed fine before I updated my project from .Net3.5 to .Net4.
Is continuous increase in virtual memory(private bytes) of process indicate memory leak...?
I am using third party library. Continuous use of library leads to continuous increase of virtual memory.
So its a memory leak which can leads to continuous virtual memory increase or it can be any other reason.
If your project requirements for a large application with many 3rd party dependencies included:
1) Maintain a configuration
management system capable of
reproducing from source bit-for-bit
identical copies of any build for 25
years after the original build was run and
2) Use Maven2 as a build
tool to compile the build and to
resolve dependencies
What process would need to be followed to meet those requirements?
Most Delphi developers have a list of Delphi components they wouldn't live without. Not including anything that ships with Delphi (standard VCL or included third-party software like Rave or Indy), what are the components you can't live without, be they commercial or open-source?
One component or product name per answer, please. Please do not post duplicates.
I have a 3rd-party servlet that I cannot modify. It accepts an init-param that I would like to externalize (from web.xml).
I can externalize a servlet filter init-param using DelegatingFilterProxy. This effectively moves the servlet filter definition into Spring where there are much more powerful externalization tools (eg: PropertyPlaceholderConfigurer, environment variables, etc.)
How can I do this for a servlet?
I looking for free ASP.NET based content management system (CMS) which has the following features:
Blogs (Admin, some super users can have their own blogs)
Forums (Admins can create forums. Some moderation features)
Admin Dashboard
Integration with LinkedIn, Orkut and Facebook (native or through freely available add-ons)
Support for moderated user registration (moderated by Admin)
Windows Sharepoint services 3.0 is an option. With some tweaking, it supports all the above and there are free third party web parts available.
NB: The CMS listed must be free, as in beer.
I have an application that I want to be able to use large numbers and very precise numbers. For this, I needed a precision interpretation and IntX only works for integers.
Is there a class in .net framework or even third party(preferably free) that would do this?
Is there another way to do this?
I'm looking at the possibility of using Android as a secure corporate mobile platform.
One of the pre-requisites for this will be a way of managing multiple devices, security policies, software deployment, that sort of thing - essentially the things the BlackBerry Enterprise Server handles for BlackBerry or MDM (or something 3rd party like SOTI) handles for Windows Mobile.
Does such a thing exist for Android? It's a platform we're interested in but without this right now (and we're not in a position to build it ourselves) it's a non-starter.
I've downloaded Spring 3.0.2 with dependencies and found that it contains 405 jar files. I usually keep third party libraries in a "lib" subdirectory, but there are so many Spring jars that it seems sensible to keep them separately so that they don't swamp the other libraries and to simplify version upgrades.
I suspect that I want to keep the full set of libraries in Subversion, but only deploy the subset that is actually used.
Do Spring users have a standard way to deal with this problem?
Due to some restrictions I am being forced to load a library written in C at runtime. A third party provides two library to me as static archives which we turn into shared objects. The application I'm working with loads one of the libraries at runtime based on some hardware parameters. Unfortunately one of the libraries is configured largely with global variables.
I am already using dlsym to load function references but can I used dlsym to load references to these global variables as well?
Hi,
I am generating the xsl-fo document for my XML content and then passing this content to one of the third party DLL that will generate the PDF. I have a requirement to display a test in 45 degrees angle. How to achive this?
Thanks
