  I'd like to mirror a site with wget and convert all the links to the local copies I've downloaded. So far that's easy all I have to do is wget -mk http://site.com However all of the static media is located in a different domain, if I follow all of the foreign hosts using the -H option it will download that static media files, but it will also download anything else externally linked. Is there a way to specify 'only download foreign hosts specified in list X'?

• Site down, SSH and FTP work fine

  I cannot access my site through my web browser, using either the domain name or IP address (which also pings fine). My site was working last night when I went to bed, so I can't think what might have done it. I have tried restarting apache to no avail. update: I've noticed that http://[IP Address]/phpymyadmin works but [domain name]/phpmyadmin does not, and the same happens for webmin (https://[IP]:1000). Could this be a problem with BIND?

• Red Hat Yum not working out of the box?

  I have a server runnning Red Hat Enterprise Linux v5.6 in the cloud. My project constraints do not allow me to use another OS. When I created the cloud server, I was able to SSH into it and access the shell. I next ran the command: sudo yum update But the command failed. About a month ago I created another server with the same machine image and didn't have that error. Why is it failing now? • Bash scripting problem

  I'm writing a bash script to sync my iTunes music directory to a directory on a removable hard drive. The script works fine when there is absolutely nothing in the folder on the external hard drive. Once all files have been copied to the external drive, then the script begins to act strange. Even though i just sync'd everything over, it proceeds to recopy certain files again.   I have been working on an ECMAScript implementation and I am currently working on polishing up the project.   So here's my issue: I want to use %cd% so a user can execute a script anywhere they want to place it, but if %cd% contains spaces, then it will fail (regardless of quotes). If I hardcode the path, it will function with quotes, but if it is a variable, it will fail. Fails: (if %cd% contains spaces) "%cd%\Testing.bat" Works: "C:\Program Files\Testing.bat" Any ideas?

It does, however, make use of the jQueryUI autocomplete widget (new in latest release), where I don't have control over the generated HTML, and I see tags are not getting escaped there. The data fed to autocomplete is retrieved through a JSON request immediately before display. What I have to do is drop all indexes on a set of databases to run a heavy data load process but then I want to re-enable all the indexes. Both :CREATE and :DONTCREATE seem to run regardless? How do I do an If properly then? Output: A subdirectory or file C:\App\Code already exists. DIRECTORY CREATED IT WAS ALREADY THERE So it enters both true and false statements? 2) The app is a C# WPF app. For what I am trying to do here (create a couple of directories if they don't already exist) - should I do it some other way? Perhaps in the application as it runs?

  Hello.. I had no luck to find a good way to achieve the following: suppose i let the user to write a condition using javascript INS5 || ASTO.valueBetween(10,210) ... etc.... I tried to find a way to get the variables name...from JAVA... Rhino library didnt help a lot... However i found that handling exceptions i could get all the identifiers! Everything is great but one little problem..... How teh heck i can replace these identifiers with the numeric id of each var ? eg INS to be _234 ASTO to be _331 ? I want to to this replace because the name may change... I could do it using a replace but i know that this isnt easy because... 1) replacing _23 with MPLAH may replace also _234...(this could be fixed with regexp somehow..) 2)what if _23 is in a comment section ? rare to happen but possible /* _23 fdsafd ktl */ it should be replaced... 3)what if is a name of a function ??? _32() {} rare but shouldnt be replaced 4) what if it is enclosed in "" or ''??? And i am sure that there should me a lot more cases..... any ideas ? thank yoyu for your time

  Okay, I'll admit being a designer, I don't know much about how data is handled from the servers in forms... (basically the whole programming part). Basically I have a text field that the user types something like "apple", this gets sent to the server and then displays the apple.html page that I have in a directory in an IFrame. If anyone can show me how to do this in a PHP script or Perl, would be great thanks! I think this is good start, it gets more complicated than this... I later have to convert the "apple" into something like 2321 and display 2321.html instead. If anyone can find a CGI script that does this, thanks!
