  I have the following code. $connect = new Connection (); $response = $connect->putFile($fileName, $destination); header("Location: /test.php?response=" . $response); When I invoke header with the response, the file will stop execution, but I will have no error in the console... I am thinking maybe this array needs to be encoded for the url? if that is the case how? Thank you

  Is it possible to limit the number of JMS receiver instances to a single instance? I.e. only process a single message from a queue at any one time? The reason I ask is because I have a fairly intensive render type process to run for each message (potentially many thousands). I'd like to limit the execution of this code to a single instance at a time. My application server is JBoss AS 6.0 Any help much appreciated

  I'm looking for a way to determine if a file has been executed or not. I've looked a bit into FileInfo's LastAccessTime but this doesn't seem to change when a file is executed. I've also looked into FileSystemWatcher but this also doesn't seem to offer a solution. Is there such a thing as a file execution listener or is there another way? If it helps, i'm looking to write a folder listener that renames an .avi file within it after it has been watched/executed.

The problem with AppDomain.DomainUnload is that it only fires for non-default AppDomains. Furthermore, AppDomain.ProcessExit has limited execution time, which I cannot rely on.   Hi all, I'm using rmagick to manipulate image files. I use the ImageList.new on each file to get started. When I apply this method to an invalid image file I get the below error which interrupts the execution of the script: RMagick.rb:1635:in `read': Improper image header (Magick::ImageMagickError) Therefore I would like to be able to check whether a file is a valid image file before using this method.
