    Hey all, I have been working on a project which involves Marilena(project that ports Face Detection part of OPENCV to ActionScript3). Right now I can take the faces and keep them as byteArrays. I am working on Flash Builder 4. I want to add Face Recognition part either. I will identify the faces by connecting to a database but I couldnt figure out how to do it without OpenCV on flash.You guys have any idea???

  • LNK2005: delete already defined error in VC++

    Hi, I am newbie to VC++, so please forgive me if this is stupid. I have got 7 solutions under one project. Six of these build static libraries which is linked inside 7th to produce an exe. The runtime configuration of all the projects is MultiThreaded Debug. sln which is used to produce exe is using MFC other slns use standard runtiem library. I tried changing those to MFC, but still I am getting the same error. All the six slns build successfully. When I try to build exe - get the follwoing error: nafxcwd.lib(afxmem.obj) : error LNK2005: "void __cdecl operator delete(void *,int,char const *,int)" (??3@YAXPAXHPBDH@Z) already defined in tara_common.lib(fileStream.obj) This is weird because tara_common is one of the libs that I generated and fileStream.cpp is file that is just using delete on a pointer. I built it in verbose mod, so I am attaching the output.     I have been fooling around with EF with a database that has implemented user-schema separation with a twist, there are multiple tables with the same name but are separated via the schema. So like: admin.tasks staff.tasks contractor.tasks When I created my EF model I noticed that there were 3 tasks tables: tasks tasks1 tasks2 Is this by design? Also is there a way to tell EF to add the schema to the name of the entity or am I SOL and doing it myself?

I have the following insert statement: insert into symbol (sy_id, sy_fg_color, sy_bg_color, sy_icon) select 302, 0, 16245177, sy_icon = (select * from openrowset(bulk 'K:\mypath\icons\myicon.png', single_blob) as image) Is it possible to make the path relative in any way? I'm using TFS to deploy the database, so if it's not possible to make it relative with T-SQL, maybe it can be done with a little help from TFS/Visual Studio deploy?

    Hey there, I have a database already set up. I am trying to change the collation to case sensitive on my username column so it restricts login parameters to what they signed up with. However I keep getting this: #1025 - Error on rename of './yebutno_ybn/#sql-76dc_8581dc' to './yebutno_ybn/user' (errno: 150) there is foreign key constraints due to related tables.... any ideas? this will save me a lot of hassle with the php side of things!     In LINQPad is there any way to access either the SYSOBJECTS table or the various INFORMATION_SCHEMA.xxx views using LINQ? I spend a lot of time searching through our huge company database for partial names as there are too many tables and Stored Procedures to remember the names of them all. I know I can enter and run SQL in LINQPad but I would like to do this in LINQ instead of SQL as LINQ is more fun :) Thanks Xanthalas

For instance I have an MP3 that Ubuntu displays as "5.2 MB (5445632 bytes)". How would I display this on a web page as "5.2 MB" AND have files less than one megabyte display as KB and files one gigabyte and above display as GB?

Write file to blob (entity byte[] varible) with this line: row.file = System.IO.File.ReadAllBytes(file_to_load.FileName); //row.file is type byte[] //row is entity class table All work correctly when files size is less. When size more 300Mb app throw exception: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown. How I can write to blob direct, without memory varibles?

When I display these records back from the database and into the web page, what RegExp in PHP can I use to convert these links into HTML-type anchor links? Bonus: For the algorithm to not do this with any other kind of link, just http and https.
